Abstract: A retainer has a base having a first side having an engagement member extending therefrom and a second side. The base comprising a base opening therethrough. A plunger has a body and a flange extending from the body. A lever member has a lever opening therethrough. The lever opening is sized to receive the body. The lever opening is smaller than the flange. A cover is coupled to the base. The cover comprises a first cover opening. The lever member comprises a first end rotatably coupled to the base or the cover or both. The lever has a second end extending through the first cover opening. A spring is disposed between the cover and the plunger. The spring is retractably urging the plunger into the first cover opening and the base opening.

The front seating section is configured to support an operator and a first passenger. Additionally, the utility vehicle includes a rear seating section coupled to the frame. The rear seating section is configured to support a second passenger and a third passenger. The rear seating section has an angled panel configured as a dead pedal for the second and third passengers, and a portion of the rear seating section extends forwardly into the front seating section.

Abstract: A utility vehicle includes front and rear ground-engaging members configured to contact a ground surface, a drivetrain assembly operably coupled to the ground-engaging members, and a frame supported by the ground-engaging members and extending along a longitudinal axis of the utility vehicle. The utility vehicle also includes a rear cargo bed assembly supported by the frame and extending over a portion of the rear ground-engaging member. The rear cargo bed assembly has a rear platform with at least a first seating position. Additionally, the utility vehicle includes a rear cab frame assembly with an upright position and a collapsed position. The vehicle has a first height from the ground surface when the rear cab frame is in the upright position and a second height from the ground surface less than the first height when the rear cab frame is in the collapsed position. The second height is 72-84 inches.
