    摘要: A power tool, comprising: a housing; a motor being disposed in the housing for outputting rotary power; an output shaft having an accommodating hole in the axial direction for holding a tool bit; a transmission mechanism, being disposed between the motor and the output shaft for transmitting rotary power from the motor to the output shaft; a tool bit supporting being disposed in the housing and including several chambers disposed in parallel for holding the tool bit; a connecting member being disposed in the housing and capable of moving axially between a working position where the connecting member passes through one of the chambers and to accommodate the tool bit in the chamber connect the output shaft, and a release position where the connecting member exits and separates from one of the several chambers; and an operating member is arranged on the housing for controlling the axial movement of the connecting member; the power tool further includes an automatic shifting means for adjusting the position of the tool bit supporting in response to the movement of the operating member, wherein the connecting member moves axially to a position that is separated from one of the several chambers, and the cartridge moves to a position where another chamber is axially corresponding to the output shaft under the action of the automatic shifting means.

    摘要: The disclosure relates to a power tool with a quick-operated locking mechanism. The power tool comprises a housing, an output shaft configured to mount and drive a working head and provided with a carrier extending out of the housing, a fixer configured to fix the working head at the carrier of the output shaft, a locking mechanism configured to lock or release the fixer and a driving mechanism configured to move the locking mechanism between a locking position and a releasing position. While in the locking position, the fixer is clamped fixedly on the output shaft, and while in the releasing position, the fixer is released from the output shaft. The distance between the locking mechanism and the carrier of the output shaft keeps the fixer constant in the locking position to prevent slippage of the fixer and to ensure the working head is firmly fixed.

The oscillating power tool further comprises an adjusting mechanism placed on the housing, wherein the adjusting mechanism operably adjusts the movement of the first shift fork member, such that the first cooperating part abuts a different drive member, the second cooperating part abuts a different position of the second shift fork member, and the output shaft has a different angle of oscillation.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a sander, and a method for disassembling or installing a working head of the sander. The sander includes: a main body, including a housing, a motor disposed in the housing, a switch mechanism for controlling the motor includes a switch, and a drive component driven by the motor to rotate; and a working head adapted to the drive component. The main body further includes an interlocking mechanism, the interlocking mechanism includes an operation member movably disposed relative to the housing, the operation member is operably shifted between a first state and a second state, when the operation member is in the first state, the interlocking mechanism allows the switch to be triggered, when the switch is in a triggered state, the operation member is prevented from being shifted from the first state to the second state; and when the operation member is in the second state, the interlocking mechanism prevents the switch from being triggered. The sanding machine of the present invention has high security and can be operated conveniently.
