摘要： A hand power tool includes a tool receiver configured to receive a tool. The tool has an outer polygonal coupling and the tool receiver has an inner receiver including, at least portionally, a rotary driver profile. The tool receiver is provided on an associated tool housing, in which there is a drum-type tool change magazine having at least one tool chamber configured to store the tool. The tool chamber is configured to be aligned so as to be flush with the tool receiver to enable the tool to slide from the tool chamber into the inner receiver or from the inner receiver into the tool chamber. An alignment element is configured to align the outer polygonal coupling as the tool slides from the tool chamber into the inner receiver to enable the outer polygonal coupling to slide into the rotary driver profile.

摘要： An electronic drill with revolving replaceable drilling heads includes a housing, a driving unit, a rotary cover, and a plurality of drill heads. The housing has an opening, a through hole, a containing room connected therebetween. A motor container is disposed within the containing room to contain a motor of the driving unit. The rotary cover is assembled to the housing and is rotatable so that the plurality of drill heads coupled to the rotary cover is moveable freely in a rotary track between the motor container and the housing. One of the drill heads may be rotated to be aligned with a rotary hole of a gear set driven by the motor and pushed forward for use. The drill head can also be retracted backward and replaced in the electronic drill by rotating the rotary cover, so that another drill head can be pushed outward for use.

摘要： A tool magazine device includes a rail that is annularly formed and that has a separation section at a part in a circumferential direction of the rail and a holding ring that is arranged coaxially with the rail and that is rotated by a driving motor. The holding ring is provided with a plurality of holding sections that are open in an axial direction of the holding ring. The holding sections are arranged in the circumferential direction of the holding ring. A tool pot is held to be insertable into and extractable from each holding section. A conveyance unit sends out the tool pot placed in the holding section to an exchange position and sends the tool pot into the holding section from the exchange position. A roller supported by each tool pot rolls on the rail in response to the rotation of the holding ring.

摘要： A motor-driven machine tool includes a drive unit and a tool changing magazine with tool chambers that are placed into a transfer position adjacent to a tool receptacle to be loaded. The machine tool includes a tool changing device with a slide element that is arranged in operative connection with a tool. The slide element is moved by an operating element into a first position for accepting a tool from or transferring a tool to the tool chamber and into a second position to drive the tool. The slide element is fixed in the second position by a blocking element that is brought out of operative connection with the slide element by a transfer element to move the slide element from the second position to the first position. The slide element is arranged in indirect contact with the blocking element to move the blocking element by the transfer element.

A camera or other sensor is used to detect the location and wear on the tools.

This tool handling device is suitable both for use as a tool magazine and also as a magazine extension module for a machine tool to permit high speed tool changing with simple movements.
