    摘要: A clinical practice guideline can be implemented using a guideline execution engine. The engine can interpret the clinical practice guideline, obtain medical data stored in a clinical information system (CIS), and implement an action in response to execution of the clinical practice guideline based on medical data for a patient obtained from the CIS. The use of the CIS medical data in guideline execution beneficially allows the guideline to be tightly integrated into the real-time workflow of a clinician in a clinical setting and to provide patient-specific guideline recommendations. A VMR/actions interface facilitates communications between a guideline execution system and a CIS by processing a request for medical data from the guideline execution engine and implementing actions on the CIS requested by the guideline execution engine.

    摘要: Systems and methods for DNS resolution based on user identities are provided herein. In the DNS name resolution process, a DNS resolver can construct and send DNS queries to different DNS name servers depending on the identities of the users requesting the name resolution. One embodiment may be a DNS forwarder configured in a home router, where DNS requests from a certain user group (e.g., kids) may be forwarded to OpenDNS Family Shield, while DNS requests from another user group (e.g., parents) may be forwarded to the ISP's default DNS servers or Google Public DNS. In another embodiment, the DNS resolver may be integrated within an authenticating proxy server, wherein the DNS resolver may use different DNS name servers to perform DNS name resolution for different users authenticated by the proxy server.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a semiconductor device and a manufacturing method therefor. Conventionally, platinum is deposited in a device substrate to suppress diffusion of nickel in nickel silicide. However, introducing platinum by means of deposition makes the platinum only stay on the surface but fails to effectively suppress the diffusion of nickel over a desirable depth. According to the present invention, a semiconductor device is formed by implanting platinum into a substrate and forming NiSi in a region of the substrate where platinum is implanted. With the present invention, platinum can be distributed over a desirable depth range so as to more effectively suppress nickel diffusion.
