    摘要: The present invention relates to a method for obtaining a preparation of β-amylases from the soluble fraction of starch plants, characterized in that the soluble fraction of starch plants is selected from the group consisting of the soluble fractions of wheat, pea, broad bean, horse bean, rice, barley, rye, buckwheat, potato and sweet potato, and preferably of wheat and barley, a clarification of said soluble fractions is carried out in such a way as to remove therefrom the insoluble substances and the colloids and, optionally, an ultrafiltration of said clarified soluble fractions is carried out in such a way as to obtain an ultrafiltration retentate containing the concentrated β-amylase and an ultrafiltration permeate, said ultrafiltration retentate containing the concentrated β-amylase is diafiltered and the resulting β-amylase is recovered.

    摘要: An improved method for extracting β-amylases from a soluble fraction of a starch plant, includes a step of clarification by microfiltration and a step of concentration and purification by ultrafiltration. This method is characterized in that it uses a protease during the microfiltration step, making it possible to greatly reduce the fouling of the membranes used, which increases the production time before washing. Simultaneously, perfectly clear permeates are obtained, which assists with the subsequent ultrafiltration step and makes it possible to improve the transmission of β-amylase. Finally, the protease has no negative effect on the β-amylase activity.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a sorbitol syrup having a total reducing sugar content no higher than 0.2% and mannitol content of less than 1%, with 70 wt % of dry matter. Said manufacturing method is characterized in that it includes the steps of: (a) hydrolyzing a solution of sucrose in a solution of invert sugars, (b) separating the solution of invert sugar by simulated moving bed chromatography into, on the one hand, a dextrose syrup having at least 99.3%, preferably 99.4%, more preferably at least 99.5%, and even more preferably 99.7% of dextrose content and, on the other hand, a fructose syrup having at least 90%, preferably 92% of fructose content, and (c) hydrogenating said dextrose syrup into a sorbitol syrup having a reducing sugar content no higher than 0.2% and a mannitol content of less than 1%, with 70 wt % of dry matter.
