The invention further provides methods and systems for increasing the blood flow to an ischemic tissue in a subject in need thereof, such as to ischemic myocardium. The invention further provides methods and systems for directing differentiation of expanded CD133+ cells. The invention further provides methods and systems for treating a subject with differentiated cells in a subject in need thereof.

摘要： Novel uses of Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) for infection prevention, bone repair and transmyocardial vascularization is disclosed. The present disclosure is directed to methods for preparing concentrated mesenchymal or haematopoietic stem cells, and autologous platelet-rich plasma (PRP) from the blood utilizing the Magallen® System. The stem cells and/or PRP may be combined with secondary biological agents such as antibiotics, fibrinogen and thrombin, and appropriately used in variety of medical conditions, such as, cardiovascular, thoracic, transplantation, head and neck, oral, gastrointestinal, orthopedic, neurosurgical, and plastic surgery.
