摘要: An inspection apparatus includes an illumination system that receives a first beam and produces second and third beams from the first beam and a catadioptric objective that directs the second beam to reflect from a wafer. A first sensor detects a first image created by the reflected second beam. A refractive objective directs the third beam to reflect from the wafer, and a second sensor detects a second image created by the reflected third beam. The first and second images can be used for CD measurements. The second beam can have a spectral range from about 200 nm to about 425 nm, and the third beam can have a spectral range from about 425 nm to about 850 nm. A third sensor may be provide that detects a third image created by the third beam reflected from the wafer. The third image can be used for OV measurements.

摘要: A composite repair system and method for assisting in the repair of a cured composite part in which a damaged portion has been cut out and removed, exposing a plurality of composite plies and their corresponding composite ply edges. The composite repair system may comprise a light source to illuminate the ply edges, an image capturing device to obtain an image of the ply edges, and a computing device for processing the image of the ply edges and creating a map of the ply edges based on the image. The map may be used to manufacture filler plies having peripheral edges shaped to correspond with the composite ply edges for replacing the damaged portion of the composite part.

摘要: In embodiments of the present invention improved capabilities are described for providing data protection through the detection of tags associated with data or a file. In embodiments the present invention may provide for a step A, where data may be scanned that is intended to be communicated from the client computing facility. In response to step A, at step B, restricted data may be identified by identifying an absence of a tag associated with the data. And finally, in response to step B, at step C, an interruption to the intended communication may be caused.

摘要: The invention involves a refinement to conventional data transmission over packet networks (e.g. IP). Conventionally, multimedia streaming systems use either a reliable protocol (e.g. TCP) or an unreliable protocol (e.g. UDP) for the media transmission. Each method has its own benefits. Using a reliable protocol ensures that all the packets arrive at the receiver, but this does require more bandwidth due to protocol overheads and it introduces more delay. An unreliable protocol is lightweight and faster although the data stream may be subjected to packet loss. In the present invention a combination of both protocols is used, where an unreliable protocol is employed initially followed by a reliable protocol at the end of the media clip. The unreliable protocol is used for the low delay transmission of packets while the reliable protocol at the end is used for the transmission of packets that were initially lost.

摘要: A multi-section enclosure adapted to support an artificial environment for growing plants. Vertical edges of opaque and transparent wall sections interlock with one another and horizontal edges mount to formed channels at a domed cover and support base. A sliding door cooperates with slide spacers fitted about an opening at the transparent wall. A plurality of hangers are suspended from a transparent divider panel which separates an internal illumination source and reflector from a growing space. Slide shutters mounted to vent apertures at the divider and cover cooperate with a fan at one of the divider apertures to control internal air circulation and temperature within the growing space. The spaced door and cover vent control make-up and exhaust air flow.

摘要: A cart for storing and transporting granular material comprises a storage bin having sidewalls which converge inwardly and downwardly to a trough and a sump. The trough extends across a portion of the bottom of the storage bin and opens into the sump which extends at least partially below the trough. A drag auger is rotatably secured in the trough. An unloading auger assembly is secured to the storage bin and extends from the sump, upward along the front left corner of the bin and therebeyond. A lower portion of an auger of the auger assembly extends into the sump. Grain stored in the bin flows by gravity into the sump where it is advanced out of the bin by the unloading auger assembly. The drag auger may be independently engaged to advance grain to the sump which would not otherwise advance to the sump by gravity feed alone.

摘要: An applicator 10 delivers from side by side chambers 12, 14 a two-part urethane polymer composition in which the diisocyanate is differentially reactive with two amine components of side B such that an initial, faster reaction with one amine keeps viscosity low while a second, slower reaction with the second amine builds viscosity to a self-supporting paste outside the applicator.
