Abstract: A bond fixture includes a first frame defining a chamber configured to receive a leading edge of a rotor blade and a second frame pivotally coupled to the first frame. The second frame is movable between a first position and a second position. In the second position, the second frame restricts movement of the bond fixture relative to the rotor blade. At least one supporting assembly extends from the first frame towards the chamber. The at least one supporting assembly is adjustable to apply a pressure to an adjacent surface of the rotor blade.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a pipe connector assembly and a tire maintenance apparatus having the same. The pipe connector assembly comprises a leak-proof valve, and the leak-proof valve is opened only after a sealed fluid medium path is formed between the pipe connector assembly and the tire valve when the pipe connector assembly is screwed to the tire valve. The present invention advantageously prevents fluid medium leakage at the connection between the pipe connector assembly and the tire valve.

Abstract: An electronic device includes a fascia manufactured from a shape memory polymer. One or more thermal elements can be disposed adjacent to the fascia or integrated into the fascia. One or more processors can be operable with the one or more thermal elements to detect deformation along at least a portion of the fascia and cause the one or more thermal elements to selectively apply heat to the shape memory polymer along at least a portion of the fascia to reverse at least some of the deformation.

Abstract: An inspecting and repairing device of additive manufacturing technology and a method thereof are provided. The inspecting and repairing device has a powder bed unit, a repairing unit, and an inspection unit. The powder bed unit has a powder platform, a powder spreading mechanism and a laser unit. The repairing unit has a processing mechanism. The inspection unit has a camera and a controller. According to an image of the powder platform captured by the camera, the controller can determine whether spreading powders, whether being overcome a powder spreading defect, or whether driving the processing mechanism to repair a surface of a workpiece.

Abstract: An adapter of a tire cement dispenser has an adapting seat, an air valve mounted in the adapting seat, a flow direction switching device mounted in the adapting seat, a connector mounted on the adapting seat to hold the flow direction switching device in the adapting seat, and a switching button connected to the flow direction switching device. The adapting seat has an air inlet tube for connecting to an air pumping device, and an outlet tube for connecting to a tire. The adapter can be switched to allow the air pumping device to selectively inflate the tire and extrude tire cement for patching the tire. Since the adapter, the air pumping device, and the tire do not have to be connected to or disconnected from each other repeatedly, the tire cement dispenser with the adapter is convenient and time-saving for patching and inflating the tire.

The system includes a drive subsystem configured to move the system across an airship hull, a damage detecting subsystem configured to detect damage to the airship hull, a hull repair subsystem configured to repair the detected damage to the airship hull, and a magnetic coupling.
