摘要： The present invention provides labeling reagents and methods for labeling primary antibodies and for detecting a target in a sample using an immuno-labeled complex that comprises a target-binding antibody and one or more labeling reagents. The labeling reagents comprise monovalent antibody fragments or non-antibody monomeric proteins whereby the labeling proteins have affinity for a specific region of the target-binding antibody and are covalently attached to a label. Typically, the labeling reagent is an anti-Fc Fab or Fab′ fragment that was generated by immunizing a goat or rabbit with the Fc fragment of an antibody. The present invention provides for discrete subsets of labeling reagent and immuno-labeled complexes that facilitate the simultaneous detection of multiple targets in a sample wherein the immuno-labeled complexes are distinguished by i) a ratio of label to labeling reagent, or ii) a physical property of said label, or iii) a ratio of labeling reagent to said target-binding antibody, or iv) by said target-binding antibody. This is particularly useful for fluorophore labels that can be attached to labeling reagents and subsequently immuno-labeled complexes in ratios for the detection of multiple targets.

When creating a spreadsheet document, the ability to designate certain cells or ranges of cells as parameters to a spreadsheet is enabled. Furthermore, whether viewed in a standalone spreadsheet application or via a Web service, the ability to discover these parameters through the user interface or object model is provided. The ability to set or change these parameters one at a time or in bulk and drive the changes into the calculation model is also provided. Accordingly, whether viewed in a standalone spreadsheet application or via a Web rendering service, the effect of the parameters entered by the user can be calculated and viewed at once. The ability to suspend recalculation of a workbook until all relevant values, such as a current set of parameters, are obtained is also enabled.

摘要： A method of forming an optical device comprising the steps of: providing a substrate comprising a first electrode capable of injecting or accepting charge carriers of a first type; forming over the first electrode a first layer that is at least partially insoluble in a solvent by depositing a first semiconducting material that is free of cross-linkable vinyl or ethynyl groups and is, at the time of deposition, soluble in the solvent; forming a second layer in contact with the first layer and comprising a second semiconducting material by depositing a second semiconducting material from a solution in the solvent; and forming over the second layer a second electrode capable of injecting or accepting charge carriers of a second type wherein the first layer is rendered at least partially insoluble by one or more of heat, vacuum and ambient drying treatment following deposition of the first semiconducting material.

摘要： A method enables online purchase of customizable home construction plans. The method includes accessing a web based software package, customizing the home, and ordering the construction plans. The software package is a second aspect. The software allows the consumer to select different predefined features and add them to a stock floor plan. The selection of different features enables the customization of the home plan. The features selected are displayed to the consumer through a series of layers. The layers are superimposed on each other according to a predefined logic so that the consumer views what the home actually will look like rather an amalgamation of pieces. When the consumer is satisfied with the customized plan, the consumer orders formal plans and construction plans are sent to the consumer.

摘要： A stool seat includes an impermeable top wall having an upper surface upon which a user sits and a peripheral edge. The top wall is sealingly joined along its peripheral edge to an impermeable bottom wall and is adapted to support itself in spaced relation above the bottom wall so that the top wall is suspended above the bottom wall from its peripheral edge to provide a single sealed cavity containing a fluid at a predetermined pressure between the top and bottom walls. The top wall is further adapted to resiliently deflect toward the bottom wall under the weight of the user so that the pressure of the fluid in the sealed cavity is increased when the user sits upon the upper surface.

摘要： An analysis module accesses an input image, identifies an algorithm to be used to generate an output image from the input image, analyzes the algorithm, and determines a pixel offset of the algorithm. A generation module identifies a region of the output image in which output pixels are to be generated without an edge-checking operation.
