摘要: A method for operating a brake system. A brake request signal characterizing a brake request is generated by actuating a positioner system of an actuating circuit, and a setpoint brake pressure required in an active circuit is ascertained based on the brake request signal. An actual brake pressure is set in the active circuit according to the setpoint brake pressure using a pressure generation device by moving a displacement piston using an electric motor to actuate a wheel brake coupled with the active circuit. Under the condition that the brake request signal is constant over a predefined period of time, a pressure modulation is carried out, which includes setting the actual brake pressure in the active circuit to a value that is greater than the setpoint brake pressure, and lowering the actual brake pressure by moving the displacement piston using the electric motor until the setpoint brake pressure is reached.

摘要: A method for controlling a maximum permissible pressure gradient of a power brake system of a motor vehicle. The method includes continuously calculating a maximum permissible pressure gradient, starting from a current motor speed gradient and motor speed of an external-force brake pressure generator, taking into account a predefined maximum permissible motor speed and a predefined maximum permissible motor speed gradient. In a next step, the maximum permissible pressure gradient is continuously transmitted to brake pressure demand units, so that, in the case of a braking event, the pressure gradient requested by the brake pressure demand units or resulting from a requested pressure is generally less than or equal to the maximum permissible pressure gradient.

摘要: A method is described for detecting a leakage during the operation of a braking system. A braking intention signal characterizing a braking intention is generated by actuating a final control system of an actuating circuit; a setpoint braking pressure required in an active circuit is ascertained based on the braking intention signal; an actual braking pressure in the active circuit is set according to the setpoint braking pressure with the aid of a pressure generation unit by moving a displacement piston to actuate a wheel brake coupled to the active circuit; and a pressure modulation is carried out. The pressure modulation includes setting the actual braking pressure in the active circuit to a value greater than the setpoint braking pressure, and lowering the actual braking pressure until the setpoint braking pressure is reached by moving the displacement piston at a predetermined piston speed. Furthermore, a chronological pressure gradient is ascertained, as the actual braking pressure is being lowered, during the pressure modulation, and a leakage of the active circuit is detected based on the ascertained pressure gradient when the pressure gradient is outside a range predetermined for the piston speed.

摘要: A method for operating a braking system for a vehicle. A braking request signal characterizing a braking request is generated by actuation of a positioning assemblage of an actuation circuit, and a target brake pressure required in an active circuit is ascertained based on the braking request signal. An actual brake pressure in the active circuit is established in accordance with the target brake pressure, using a pressure generation device, by moving a displacer piston of the pressure generation device using an electric motor of the pressure generation device. If the braking request signal is constant over a predetermined time period, a wheel brake actuated by the active circuit is hydraulically decoupled from the pressure generation device by closing an isolation valve that is disposed in a hydraulic path between the pressure generation device and the wheel brake, and the electric motor is shut off.

摘要: A method for operating a brake system. A brake request signal is generated, and a setpoint brake pressure required in an active circuit is ascertained. An actual brake pressure is set according to the setpoint brake pressure. A wheel brake actuated by the active circuit is hydraulically decoupled from the pressure generation device by closing an isolation valve, which is situated between the pressure generation device and the wheel brake, the isolation valve is preloaded to a closed state counter to an inflow direction of a volume flow into a brake-side section between the isolation valve and the wheel brake. A hydraulic recoupling of the wheel brake takes place by opening the isolation valve in that the actual brake pressure is set according to the setpoint brake pressure and an opening force is simultaneously applied to the isolation valve such that a compensation of a closing force takes place.
