    摘要: A compressor may include a shell, first and second scroll members, a partition and a first annular seal. The partition may be fixed to the shell and may overly the first scroll member. The partition may include first and second sides having a second discharge opening passing therethrough and being in communication with the first discharge opening. The first side may include a protrusion extending toward the first scroll member and generally surrounding the second discharge opening. The first annular seal may sealingly engage the partition and may be displaceable radially inward to a position abutting the protrusion to limit a radially inward travel of the first annular seal.

    摘要: Rice OsSRO1C gene conferring enhanced drought resistance of a plant is provided, wherein the said gene encodes an amino acid sequences as set forth in SEQ ID NO: 2. DNA constructs, transgenic plants or cells comprising the OsSRO1C gene and the uses of the OsSRO1C gene in improving though resistance of a plant are also provided. The OsSRO1C gene controlling rice drought resistance is cloned by screening a rice T-DNA insertion mutant database and determination of expression level and identification of drought stress phenotype, which shows that the mutant is co-segregated with the drought susceptible phenotype.

    摘要: The present inventors succeeded in producing non-replicating SeV vectors whose genomic RNAs lack all genes for the NP, P, and L proteins, which are RNP-constituting proteins. The present inventors confirmed that the NP/P/L-deficient SeV vectors carrying a marker gene such as GFP provide high productivity, and high transfer and expression efficiencies of foreign genes (high MOI infection is essential for achieving high expression levels). By lacking the L gene or two or more of the NP, P, and L genes, the vectors of the present invention enable lowering the level of virus-derived proteins expressed in host cells, thereby reducing the immunogenicity upon in vivo administration.
