摘要: This invention is directed to loose fill packing material comprising clean, elongated strips of paper formed from sheets of corrugated cardboard by an apparatus which comprises a shredder device operative to convert the sheets of corrugated cardboard into paper strips for discharge onto a perforated conveyor movable between a loading position at the shredder device and a discharge position where the paper strips are emptied into a collection hopper. A suction housing is mounted at the outlet of the shredder device in position to substantially enclose the conveyor so that a suction can be drawn over the paper strips to remove dirt, dust and other foreign materials therefrom after which the cleaned paper strips are transmitted by the conveyor to an angled sifter plate having a plurality of openings which are sized to allow undesired, short strips of paper to pass therethrough. A spraying device is provided to deposit a liquid material onto the paper strips having microbicidal, sanitizing, insect repellant, disinfectant and deodorizing properties.

摘要: An apparatus for forming loose fill packing material which comprises a shredder device operative to convert sheets of corrugated cardboard into elongated, thin paper strips which are discharged onto a perforated conveyor movable between a loading position at the shredder device and a discharge position where the strips are emptied into a collection hopper. A suction device is mounted beneath the conveyor, downstream from the shredder device, which is operative to apply a suction to the cardboard strips to remove dirt, dust and other foreign materials therefrom, and then the cleaned paper strips are transmitted along an angled sifter plate having a plurality of openings which are sized to allow undesired, short strips of paper to pass therethrough for deposit into a waste hopper. A spraying device is located at the sifter plate to deposit a liquid material on the paper strips having microbicidal, sanitizing, insect repellant, disinfectant and deodorizing properties.

摘要: A food container is divided into two compartments by a vertically extending partition wall. A user selects which of the two compartments will hold a food product and which compartment will receive inedible parts of the food product after edible part of the food product is consumed. A snap-on lid closes the container to retain the food product and discarded inedible parts inside the container. Flap openings in the lid allow access to the compartments.

摘要: In various example embodiments, a system and method for data mesh-based environmental augmentation are presented. Attribute data associated with a user may be received from a plurality of attribute sources. A portion of the attribute data may include real-time data. A portion of the real-time data indicative of an identity of the user may be identified. The identity of the user may be authenticated with respect to the real-time data by analyzing the identified portion of the real-time data. Based on the authentication of the identity of the user, a user activity being performed by the user may be identified based on the real-time data, and the user activity may be augmented according to a user setting.

摘要: An interface system includes a secure digital (SD) driver module to communicate with an SD card over a bus, a secure digital input/output (SDIO) driver module to communicate with an SDIO card over the bus, and an input/output port. A method of operating a host in the interface system includes coupling the bus to the SD card while a first mode is enabled, coupling the bus to the SDIO card while a second mode is enabled, and enabling the first mode in response to a request for access to the SD card. The method includes, while the first mode is enabled, (i) listening for a notification signal arriving from the SDIO card via the input/output port, indicating that an interrupt is pending at the SDIO card, and (ii) in response to the notification signal, enabling the second mode to allow the SDIO card to transmit the interrupt to the host.

摘要: A riser for use in subsea operations that is parked subsea deployed as needed onto wellheads disposed proximate where the riser is parked. A base anchored into the seafloor provides a pedestal for parking the riser. The riser emits a beacon signal so it can be located when needed. When parked, the riser can be kept in a vertical orientation by a buoyancy module mounted on an upper portion of the riser. A workboat, or other vessel, attaches to the parked riser and positions it onto a designated wellhead. An extension connects the riser to platform or other vessel above the sea surface.

摘要: An underwater plow can include a depressor cam and a chute cam that are pivotably attached to a blade portion. The blade portion can be formed with a trough and the depressor cam can be biased in the trough. The chute cam can be formed with a groove having a minimum thickness at its attached end and an increasing taper to a maximum thickness at its distal end. A sensor passing through the plow contacts the edge of the depressor cam, causing depressor cam rotation away from the trough. The sensor passes the depressor cam and pushes against the chute cam, which causes the chute cam to contra-rotate relative to the depressor cam until the sensor passes through the chute arm at is maximum thickness. Once the sensor passes through, the cams contra-rotate back to their respective biased positions.

摘要: A device for storing and mixing a plurality of paste components which, when mixed, form a hardenable composition, includes a base plate and a cover. The base plate has an upper planar surface bearing two or more non-self-leveling pastes and adhered thereon in spaced apart areas and. The cover is adhered to the upper surface of the base plate around the pastes and defines a chamber for the pastes. No portion of the cover contacts the pastes. The cover is removably affixed to the base plate, to allow exposure of the pastes for mixing together on the upper surface of the base plate.
