摘要: A method for producing an object made of a polymeric material, said polymeric material having a melting temperature (TF), comprises the steps of: melting the polymeric material; after the step of melting, cooling the polymeric material below the melting temperature (TF) in a cooling zone; severing a dose from a flow of polymeric material coming from the cooling zone by means of a severing element (5); obtaining said object by shaping the dose between a male forming element and a female forming element (10) which move towards one another with a mutual movement speed, the dose having a temperature lower than said melting temperature (TF). Between a start-of-forming configuration, in which the dose is in contact with both the male forming element and the female forming element (10), and a start-of-deceleration configuration, in which the male forming element and the female forming element (10) begin to decelerate relative to one another, the mutual movement speed is greater than 10 mm/s.

摘要: A method for producing an element of a capsule, the capsule being intended to contain a product having at least one component that can be extracted by means of an extraction fluid, comprises the step of obtaining at least one preparatory zone intended to define, during use of the capsule, a passage for the extraction fluid, so that the extraction fluid can pass through the capsule in order to extract said component. The preparatory zone is obtained by means of a cutting operation carried out before the capsule is filled with the product and after the capsule element has been formed. The cutting operation is carried out by means of a blade element.

摘要: A cap for a container is made of a material at least part of which is derived from natural fibres. The cap comprises a cup-shaped body having a skirt which extends around an axis and a transversal wall arranged transversally to the axis. A cavity is defined inside the cup-shaped body. The cup-shaped body is delimited by an inner surface facing the cavity and by an outer surface facing the opposite way to the cavity. At least one projecting element projects from a surface of the cup-shaped body selected from either the inner surface or the outer surface. At least one recess is provided at the projecting element on another surface of the cup-shaped body selected from either the outer surface or the inner surface.

providing a pre-processed element made of at least one polymeric material,
introducing the pre-processed element in a female mould part having a forming cavity,
shaping the pre-processed element between the female mould part and a male mould part, the female mould part and the male mould part being movable relative to one another along a moulding direction so as to form a concave object from the pre-processed element.
The forming cavity has a transversal dimension measured transversely relative to the moulding direction, the forming cavity further having a transition zone in which the transversal dimension passes from a larger value to a smaller value, the forming cavity further having a bottom.
During the introducing step, the pre-processed element is placed on the transition zone, so that the pre-processed element rests on the transition zone at a distance from the bottom of the forming cavity.-

摘要: A cap for a container comprises:
a retaining ring suitable for being associated with a neck of the container, the retaining ring extending about an axis;
a closure element for opening or closing an opening defined by the neck of the container;
a hinge structure interposed between the closure element and the retaining ring so as to allow the closure element to be rotated relative to the retaining ring.
The retaining ring and the closure element are separated by a separation line, which extends externally of the hinge structure.
The hinge structure comprises at least one connection band which connects the closure element to the retaining ring, the connection band being defined inside a recess provided in a side wall of the cap, the side wall extending about said axis.
