Abstract: An active package having LTA zeolites exchanged with palladium is described. This solution is capable to improve the quality of the gaseous atmosphere within the package itself, with particular reference to the presence of ethylene. This solution provides improved performance when the package is accidentally exposed to hydrocarbon vapors and provides benefits in terms of reliability in the ethylene control.
