The layered product of the present invention is a layered product comprising a release layer on a substrate, the release layer comprising a granular carboxylic anhydride-modified olefin resin and a binding part containing an acid group-free thermoplastic resin, the carboxylic anhydride-modified olefin resin having an average particle size of 0.5 to 20 μm, the binding part having a thickness of 0.25 to 20 μm, and the release layer having an actual acid value of 100 mg KOH/m2 or more.

摘要: The present invention relates to an MDO thermoresistant heat-shrinkable multilayer film of a copolymer polyester having excellent thermal resistance. In particular, the present invention provides an MDO thermoresistant heat-shrinkable multilayer film that includes multiple skin layers capable of improving thermal resistance formed on a substrate layer capable of providing high shrinkage, and simultaneously has excellent thermal resistance and high shrinkage properties through MD orientation instead of the conventional TD orientation method.

摘要: A biaxially oriented multi-layer composite film comprises a PHA-rich core layer and a heat sealant layer and a second outer skin layer. The core layer comprises a PHA resin at an amount of more than 50 wt % of a total weight of the core layer and a modifier X, the modifier X includes PLA, PLA copolymers, PBSA and PCL; the heat sealant layer comprises a PLA resin and a modifier Y, the modifier Y including PBSA and PCL resins is at an amount of about 20 wt % to 95 wt % of the total weight of the heat sealant layer. The composite film has low SIT and improved home compostability.

摘要: A cavity-containing polyester film is disclosed, including a layer (layer A) which has therein cavities, and layers (layers B) which each include a polyester resin containing inorganic particles and which are laminated, respectively, over both surfaces of the layer A. The layer A includes a composition including a polyester resin and a polypropylene resin. The polypropylene resin satisfies requirements of: (1) the melt flow rate (MFR) ranges from 1.0 to 10 g/10-minutes (at a temperature of 230° C. under a load of 2.16 kg); (2) the deflection temperature is 85° C. or higher under load (at a bending stress of 0.45 MPa); and (3) the weight-average molecular weight Mw ranges from 200,000 to 450,000 (measured by gel permeation chromatography (GPC)); and the molecular weight distribution ranges from 2 to 6 (being represented as the ratio of the weight-average molecular weight Mw to the number-average molecular weight Mn of the polypropylene resin (Mw/Mn)).

摘要: A squeezable, white polypropylene film is disclosed having a novel balance of conformability, stiffness, modulus, opacity, and whiteness. The film includes an ABCBA structure having a core layer of polypropylene resin with an elastomeric copolymer and a cavitating agent. Two intermediate layers of polypropylene resin are present on either side, the intermediate layers optionally including an elastomeric copolymer and a pigmenting agent. Two polymer skin layers surround the two intermediate layers. The resins are co-extruded into a biaxially oriented film having a thickness between 40 to 70 pm for use in pressure-sensitive labeling applications.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing of a laminated cellulose-based liquid or semi-liquid food packaging material, wherein the laminated packaging material has a bulk material layer of paper, paperboard or other cellulose-based material, an innermost, heat sealable and liquid-tight layer of a thermoplastic polymer, the innermost polymer layer intended to be in direct contact with the packaged food product, a barrier layer laminated between the bulk layer and the innermost layer. The invention further relates the laminated packaging materials obtained by the method and to a packaging container for liquid food packaging, comprising the laminated packaging material or being made from the laminated packaging material obtained by the method.
