摘要： A display device includes a display area and a peripheral area outside the display area, and includes: a substrate; a first semiconductor layer located in the display area and arranged on the substrate; a second semiconductor layer arranged on the first semiconductor layer; a data line located in the display area and extending in a first direction; an input line located in the peripheral area; a connection line located in the display area and electrically connecting the data line and the input line to each other; and a shielding layer located in the display area and located between the first semiconductor layer and the connection line in a cross-section view. The shielding layer overlaps at least a portion of the connection line in a plan view.
