According to various embodiments of the present disclosure, a device of a terminal in a wireless communication system can include at least one transceiver and at least one processor operationally coupled with at least one transceiver. At least one processor can receive configuration information from a first network node for a first radio access technology (RAT), measure a first quality for a first signal of the first RAT and a second quality for a second signal of a second RAT on the basis of the received configuration information, and determine, whether a handover to a second network for the second RAT is performed, on the basis of the measured first quality or the measured second quality. The configuration information can include parameters for the handover between the first RAT and the second RAT.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides methods and apparatuses for transmitting data, by a base station, in an unlicensed frequency. A method according to a representative embodiment includes: transmitting a first signal for determining whether a data transmission is possible in an unlicensed frequency band; transmitting a second signal for reserving a data transmission in the unlicensed frequency band when the data transmission in the unlicensed frequency band is possible; and transmitting first data to a terminal through the unlicensed frequency band after transmitting the second signal. In an aspect, the base station determines whether other communication devices do not use the unlicensed frequency band, and transmits a channel reservation signal having a period shorter than a resource allocation period during a predetermined period of time, thereby pursuing coexistence with other communication devices and improving the performance of a communication system at the same time.

Abstract: A digital-to-analog conversion circuit includes a first digital-to-analog converter (DAC) and a second DAC. The second DAC includes a second CGC and a second current-to-voltage converter. The second CGC generates a second current based on a second digital code received through a second input terminal to provide the second current to the output node. The first current-to-voltage converter and the second current-to-voltage converter convert a sum of the first current and the second current to a an analog voltage corresponding to a sum of the first digital code and the second digital code, and output the analog voltage at the output node.

Here, the first sub-state is a state in which resources for terminal context information related to the data communication are allocated in a first layer and a second layer, and the second sub-state is a state in which the resource is allocated in the first layer and is released in the second layer.
