Abstract: A method of fabricating a multi-band filter module is provided. The method includes forming a Film Bulk Acoustic Resonator (FBAR) on a piezoelectric substrate by forming a resonant part on the piezoelectric substrate and then an air gap recessed on a surface of the piezoelectric substrate and positioned under the resonant part; and forming a Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) device on the piezoelectric substrate in which the steps of forming the FBAR and the SAW are concurrently performed.

Abstract: An energy harvest is disclosed. The disclosed energy harvest includes: a first charging member including a plurality of first protruding parts; and a second charging member including a plurality of second protruding parts arranged between the first protruding parts and including a material different from that of the first protruding parts. When at least one of the first and second charging members moves, side surfaces of the first protruding parts and side surfaces of the second protruding parts come into contact with each other, or gaps between the side surfaces of the first protruding parts and the side surfaces of the second protruding parts are changed. The energy harvest generates electrical energy from the contact or the gap change.

Abstract: An energy harvester is provided. The energy harvester includes a first friction member, and a second friction member arranged to face the first friction member and generating electrical energy by causing friction with the first friction member. At least one of the first friction member and the second friction member includes a pyroelectric material converting frictional heat generated due to friction of the first and second friction members into electrical energy. While the energy harvester generates electrical energy by triboelectrification, the energy harvester may convert frictional heat into electrical energy by using a pyroelectric material.

Abstract: The present disclosure enables materials of a triboelectric charging member to exhibit a characteristic of increased surface charge density, thereby improving output of a triboelectric generating device. Accordingly, the present disclosure provides a triboelectric generating device showing improved output without increasing a size of the triboelectric generating device or without increasing amounts of materials required for the triboelectric generating device. An embodiment of a triboelectric generating device provided according to a first aspect of the present disclosure includes a first electrode; a first charging layer formed on the first electrode; and a second electrode disposed on the first charging layer, wherein the first charging layer and the second electrode are arranged such that an interface between the first charging layer and the second electrode forms a frictional interface, and the first charging layer includes a ferroelectric polymer matrix and ferroelectric inorganic particles dispersed in the ferroelectric polymer matrix.
