摘要: Provided is a polyurethane resin powder composition for slush molding from which an outer skin for an instrument panel can be produced, the outer skin not interfering with deployment of an airbag. More specifically, provided is a polyurethane resin powder composition (D) for slush molding comprising perfectly spherical thermoplastic polyurethane resin particles (A) obtained by reacting a polyester diol component (J) and a diisocyanate component (F), a plasticizer (B), and a vinyl-type copolymer fine particles (C) having a crosslinked structure, wherein the polyester diol component (J) comprises a polyester diol (J1) comprising an aromatic dicarboxylic acid (E) and ethylene glycol as essential constituent units, a ratio of volume average particle sizes of (A) and (C), (A):(C), is 200:1 to 2000:1, and an extent of surface coverage of a surface of (A) with (C) {Equation (1)} is 20 to 80%. 摘要: The present invention is urethane resin particles (C) for slush mold which contain a urethane resin (D) and an additive (N), wherein the particles have a shape factor SF1 of 101 to 200, a shape factor SF2 of 120 to 240, and a central particle diameter of 20 to 500 μm. It is preferred that the urethane resin (D) has a concentration of urea groups of 0.5 to 10% by weight, a total of the concentration of urethane groups and that of the urea groups of 4 to 20% by weight, a melting point of 160 to 260° C. and a glass transition temperature of −65 to 0° C.

摘要: Provided is a resin molded article for an automobile interior material, the resin molded article achieving both resin strength permitting formation of a thin film, and crease resistance. This molded article is to be used in an automobile interior material, the resin molded article being obtained by slush-molding a powdered thermoplastic urethane urea resin composition (P) that satisfies (1)-(5) below, said resin composition (P) containing an additive and a thermoplastic urethane urea resin (U) obtained by reacting a high-molecular diol (a), a linear alkane diol (b), a monool (c), a diamine (d), and an organic diisocyanate (e): (1) (a) contains a specific polyester diol; (2) the weight of (b) is within a specific range relative to the total weight of (a)-(e); (3) the tensile strength of a film comprising (P) is 8.0 MPa or higher; (4) the storage modulus of (P) at 130° C. is 0.1-5.0 MPa; (5) the ratio of the storage modulus of (P) at 50° C. to the storage modulus at 23° C. by a specific measurement method is 50% or higher.
