摘要： Methods for forming a TPE-skinned composite include forming a skin layer having at least one surface and having a thermoplastic elastomer and an adhesive promoting agent; providing a foam layer; and forming the foam layer onto the said surface of the skin layer to form the TPE-skinned composite. Optional additives such as an organo-silane compound may be added to further improve the adhesion between the skin layer and the foam. The present disclosure also provides a TPE-skinned composite including a skin layer having a thermoplastic elastomer present in an amount of greater than 90 wt. %; and an adhesive promoting agent present in an amount of from 0.5 wt. % to 10 wt. % based upon the total weight of the skin layer.

摘要： A powdered resin composition for slush molding comprising a thermoplastic polyurethane resin powder (B) as the main component and a fine particle powder (A) of a vinyl type copolymer comprising a copolymer of a monomer (a01) having one vinyl group such as methyl methacrylate and a monomer (a02) having two or more vinyl groups such as ethylene glycol dimethacrylate and having a cross-linked structure; or a fine particle powder (E) of a vinyl type copolymer comprising the (a01) and a monomer (a03) having one or more vinyl groups and one or more functional groups other than a vinyl group such as hydroxyethyl (meth)acrylate and having a cross-linked structure. The fine particle powder is a powder flowability improver which does not cause die stains and the powdered resin composition for slush molding containing the fine powder do not cause staining of molds.

摘要： The present invention relates to core-shell resin particles (C2) each comprising one or more film-like shell layers (P) comprising a first resin (a) and a core layer (Q) comprising a second resin (b). The core-shell resin particle (C2) is characterized in that the weight ratio between (P) and (Q) is from 0.1:99.9 to 70:30, the volatile content in the resin particle (C2) is not more than 2 weight %, and the resin (a) has an initial softening temperature of 40 to 270° C., a Tg of 20 to 250° C., a flow temperature of 60 to 300° C., and the difference of the Tg and the flow temperature in a range of 0 to 120° C. The resin particles are excellent in electrostatic property, thermal storage stability and thermal properties, and exhibit a narrow particle diameter distribution.
