The proportion of the contained ethylene oxide unit to the entirety of the synthetic polymer film is not less than 35 mass % and less than 70 mass %. The proportion of the contained 2-(2-vinyloxy ethoxy)ethyl (meth)acrylate monomer unit to the entirety of the synthetic polymer film is not less than 15 mass % and less than 45 mass %.
