摘要： The invention provides a scan driving circuit and a liquid crystal display device. The scan driving circuit includes: an input module for calculating a preceding-stage control signal, first and second clock signals to obtain a first control signal; a resetting module for resetting a control signal node according to a reset signal; a latching module for calculating the first control signal, the first and second clock signals to obtain a second control signal; a logic processing module for performing a logic calculation on the second control signal and a third clock signal to obtain a logic control signal; an output module for calculating the logic control signal to obtain a scan driving signal; and a scan line for receiving and transmitting the scan driving signal to a pixel unit, to reset the control signal node and the scan driving signal and thereby avoid the failure of scan driving circuit.

摘要： The present disclosure relates to an array substrate, a display panel and a display device. The array substrate includes GND wirings and GOA areas. The GND wirings are configured at outer sides of the GOA areas, and the GOA area includes a variety of GOA signal lines and N-th stage GOA circuits electrically connected by the GOA signal lines. A first ESD protection circuit is configured in a middle area between the 1-th stage GOA circuit and the N-th stage GOA circuit to discharge abnormal electrical charges of the GOA signal lines within the middle area. With such configuration, better ESD protection capability is provided between the GOA signal lines.

The GOA circuit including an electrical potential pull-down controlling circuit and a plurality of GOA sub circuits in cascade connection, the electrical potential pull-down controlling circuit comprising a first voltage limited transistor, a second filter transistor and a third transistor. The first voltage limited transistor, and the second filter transistor a reconnected in series and between the output terminal of the initial scanning signal, STV signal and the control terminal of the third transistor, the control terminal of the first voltage limited transistor and the first terminal of the third transistor is connected to the first power terminal and the second terminal of the third transistor is connected to the GOA sub circuit. By this design, the damage from the large static electricity to the GOA sub circuit can be avoided.

The source pattern layer and the drain pattern layer are connected to the patterned poly-silicon layer. The mask blocks one side of the channel area, and the same mask is adopted to form a lightly doped area on the other side of the channel area not blocked by the mask. The disclosure may reduce production costs and has great design flexibility.
