摘要: The present disclosure relates to an array substrate, a display panel and a display device. The array substrate includes GND wirings and GOA areas. The GND wirings are configured at outer sides of the GOA areas, and the GOA area includes a variety of GOA signal lines and N-th stage GOA circuits electrically connected by the GOA signal lines. A first ESD protection circuit is configured in a middle area between the 1-th stage GOA circuit and the N-th stage GOA circuit to discharge abnormal electrical charges of the GOA signal lines within the middle area. With such configuration, better ESD protection capability is provided between the GOA signal lines.

摘要: The present invention provides a thin film transistor array substrate and a liquid crystal display panel. The thin film transistor array substrate comprises: a substrate; a light shielding layer, located at a middle part on a surface of the substrate; a buffer layer, covering the light shielding layer; a Low Temperature Poly-silicon layer, being located on the buffer layer, and corresponding to the light shielding layer; an isolation layer, covering the Low Temperature Poly-silicon layer, and the isolation layer comprises a through hole, wherein a width of the through hole is smaller than a width of the light shielding layer; a metal layer, located on the isolation layer, and the metal layer is connected with the Low Temperature Poly-silicon layer via the through hole. The thin film transistor array substrate and the liquid crystal display panel have a higher aperture ratio.

摘要: This disclosure discloses an array substrate comprising: a substrate; a driver chip, located on the substrate; a plurality of data lines, arranged in turn on the substrate, extended longitudinally and electrically connected to the driver chip; a plurality of high level lines; a metal block, located on the substrate and electrically connected to the high level lines, so that the high level lines at the same high level; wherein the data lines are electrically connected to driver chip through the area which the metal block is located in, and an insulating layer exsists between the metal block and the data lines, a hollow area located in the metal block overlaps the data lines to reduce parasitic capacitance formed by the metal block and the data lines. This disclosure also discloses an AMOLED display device. Impact of resistor-capacitor delay and damage to components can be reduced by using this disclosure.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to an array substrate and a touch panel. The array substrate includes a pixel electrode layer, a first touch electrode layer and an insulation layer and a second touch electrode layer arranged on the first touch electrode layer in sequence. The pixel electrode layer is not overlapped with at least one of the first touch electrode layer and the second touch electrode layer, and the insulation layer is not provided within a vertical projection area of the pixel electrode layer. In this way, when the thickness of the insulation layer between the first touch electrode layer and the second touch electrode layer is increased to reduce the parasitic capacitance between the touch electrode layers, the dimension of the liquid crystal capacitor and the storage capacitor is prevented from being affected.

The scan driving circuit of the present invention drives the input control module through cascade signals of a preceding stage and cascade signals of a succeeding stage, so as to reduce interference and the driving power consumption of the scan driving circuit.
