摘要: The present method for evaluating an orientation of silver nanowires is a method for measuring an orientation of silver nanowires included in a polyvinyl alcohol film, the method including measuring, using linearly polarized near-infrared light, a first transmittance T1 for polarized light perpendicular to an orientation direction of silver nanowires and a second transmittance T0 for polarized light parallel to the orientation direction of the silver nanowires in a polyvinyl alcohol film including the silver nanowires, and determining an orientation to be high in a case where a ratio (T1/T0) of the first transmittance T1 to the second transmittance T0 is greater than 1, and determining the orientation to be low in a case where the ratio is close to 1.

A method for producing a transparent conducting film provided with a conducting layer containing a metal nanowire and a binder resin, comprising steps of: preparing a coating liquid containing the metal nanowire and the binder resin, and coating the coating liquid on one main face of a transparent substrate, the coating step being performed by a bar-coater with a bar which has a bar surface constituted by a material having a friction coefficient of 0.05 to 0.45, wherein when the coating liquid is coated on one main face of the transparent substrate by the bar, a relative moving velocity (coating velocity) V (mm/sec) of the transparent substrate relative to the bar satisfies 2000≥V≥350, a groove formed on the bar has a pitch (P) and a depth (H) which satisfy a ratio P/H of 9 to 30, and on the bar surface, the groove is formed to be inclined in a way so that an angle between the longitudinal direction of the bar and a direction that the groove is formed is in a range of 60° to 88°.-

摘要: A method for producing metal nanowire of small diameter and long length. In the method for producing a metal nanowire, a first solution containing an ionic derivative and a polyol as a solvent are kept at 80-200° C., and a second solution containing a metal salt and a polyol as a solvent is supplied into the first solution so that the ratio between the number of moles of metal atoms in the metal salt supplied in one minute and the total number of moles of halogen atoms in the ionic derivative in the first solution (the number of moles of metal atoms in the metal salt supplied in one minute/the total number of moles of halogen atoms in the ionic derivative) is less than 10. It is preferable that the ionic derivative is a quaternary ammonium halide and the metal salt is silver nitrate.
