摘要: A fluid pressure cylinder driving device includes a switch valve, a high pressure air supply source, an exhaust port and a check valve. When the switch valve is at a first position, a head side cylinder chamber communicates with the high pressure air supply source, and a rod side cylinder chamber communicates with the exhaust port. When the switch valve is at a second position, the head side cylinder chamber communicates with the rod side cylinder chamber via the check valve, and the head side cylinder chamber communicates with the exhaust port.

摘要: A bidirectional shock absorber includes a cylinder housing including a liquid chamber, a shock-absorbing mechanism located inside the liquid chamber and supported by a rod sticking out of the cylinder housing. The shock-absorbing mechanism includes a pair of pistons located in the liquid chamber and attached to the rod on the respective sides of a liquid storage chamber constituting an accumulator, resistance paths formed between an outer circumferential surface of the pistons and an inner circumferential surface of a piston chamber, to apply flow resistance to the liquid, and unidirectional flow paths formed along the respective pistons and configured to block the liquid flow toward the liquid storage chamber when the corresponding piston is pressed toward the piston chamber, but to permit the liquid to flow in the opposite direction.

摘要: In a flow rate controller and a drive device, a housing is provided therein with a first flow passage, a second flow passage adjacent to the first flow passage, a first throttle valve provided to the first flow passage, and a second throttle valve provided to the second flow passage. A pilot check valve is provided to the second flow passage and is connected in series to the second throttle valve. A pilot air flow passage communicates with a pilot port of the pilot check valve for supplying and discharging pilot air, and a third throttle valve is provided to the pilot air flow passage. In response to the pressure of the pilot air, the pilot check valve switches between a state in which the passage of exhaust air discharged from an air cylinder is permitted and a state in which passage of the exhaust air is prevented.

摘要: A fluid pressure cylinder includes a first cylinder portion and a second cylinder portion disposed in parallel, and a supply-and-discharge port. The first cylinder portion is partitioned by a first piston into a head-side first accumulation chamber and a rod-side second accumulation chamber. The second cylinder portion is partitioned by a second piston into a head-side release chamber and a rod-side drive chamber. Pressurized fluid is supplied to and discharged from the second accumulation chamber and the drive chamber through the supply-and-discharge port. An end of a first piston rod connected to the first piston and an end of a second piston rod connected to the second piston are connected to each other. The first piston includes a communication switching valve switching communication between the first accumulation chamber and the second accumulation chamber, between enabled and disabled.
