Abstract:
A liquid crystal display device includes a light source member and a display panel disposed on the light source member. The display panel includes a first substrate and a second substrate facing each other, a liquid crystal layer, and a color conversion layer that is disposed between the liquid crystal layer and the first substrate. The color conversion layer includes a light emitter and a low refractive body having a refractive index of about 1.0 to about 1.3. The liquid crystal display device exhibits high color reproducibility and improves external light extraction efficiency.
Abstract:
Provided is a substrate detachment apparatus including a plurality of stepped substrates having a stair shape, each of which includes at least one or more stepped layers, the plurality of stepped substrates partially overlapping each other, a plurality of vacuum generating members coupled to holes formed in each of the stepped substrates, and a plurality of vacuum adsorption pads connected to the vacuum generating members, the plurality of vacuum adsorption pads being adsorbed to a substrate, wherein the stepped substrates vertically ascends in sequence inward from a stepped substrate connected to a plurality of vacuum adsorption pads, which are adsorbed to a outermost side of the substrate, of the vacuum adsorption pads.
Abstract:
A display device includes: a backlight unit emitting a light; a first substrate on a path of a light emitted from the backlight unit; a pixel electrode on the first substrate; a light amount control layer on the pixel electrode; a first polarizer on the light amount control layer; a color conversion layer on the first polarizer; and an angular filter between the backlight unit and the color conversion layer. The color conversion layer includes a phosphor, and the angular filter blocks 50% or more of a light incident to the angular filter at an incident angle of 30 degrees or more.
