Abstract: An electronic device includes a housing including a first plate, a second plate, and a side member including a first conductive member and a second conductive member which surround a space between the first plate and the second plate and are separated from each other by a slit, a support member interposed in a space between the first plate and the second plate, a PCB, a wireless communication circuit disposed on the PCB, a display, a connection part protruding toward an inner part of the housing from an area of the second conductive member that is adjacent to the slit, the connection part being electrically connected with the second conductive member, and a coupling member coupled to the connection part. The wireless communication circuit is configured to electrically connect the second conductive member and the connection part with an antenna circuit provided on the PCB.

Abstract: Provided is an electronic device including an antenna module. The electronic device may include: a housing constituting an external appearance of the electronic device, a support member including a first bridge, a printed circuit board coupled to one surface of the support member, a first antenna constituting a first part of the housing and connected to the support member through the first bridge, a second antenna constituting a second part of the housing, a cut-off portion separating the first antenna and the second antenna, and a first connection member and a second connection member coupled to the first bridge. The first connection member may be connected to a ground of the printed circuit board through a first capacitor and may be disposed closer to the cut-off portion than the second connection member connected to the ground of the printed circuit board through a second capacitor. Other embodiments are also possible.

Abstract: Disclosed is an electronic device that may sense the proximity of a user by using a director of an antenna module as an electrode of a grip sensor without a separate sensor for detecting the user's proximity, thereby enabling efficient use of the internal space of the electronic device without having to secure a space for mounting a separate sensor. The electronic device may also reduce the power of a transmission signal by a preset back-off value in response to sensing the user's proximity, thereby minimize an adverse effect of electromagnetic waves on the human body caused by signal transmission.

Abstract: An electronic device according to various embodiments of the present disclosure can comprise: a housing including a first plate, a second plate oriented in the direction opposite to that of the first plate, and a side member surrounding the space between the first plate and the second plate; a plurality of insulating layers interposed between the first plate and the second plate; a printed circuit board in parallel to the second plate; an array of first conductive plates mounted on one layer of the printed circuit board; a second conductive plate mounted on one layer of the printed circuit board so as not to overlap the array when viewing from the top of the second plate; a wireless communication circuit electrically connected to the array and set to provide wireless communication at a frequency of 20-100 GHz; and a grip sensing circuit electrically connected to the second conductive plate. Other various embodiments can be possible.
