Abstract: A method for displaying battery information of an electronic device is provided. The method includes obtaining an operating history about one or more operations performed by the electronic device; determining a power use ratio about each of the one or more operations, based on the operating history; and determining an available time period for which a battery supplying power to the electronic device is capable to supply power to the electronic device, based on the power use ratio and a remaining capacity of the battery.
