    Abstract: Disclosed is an electronic device having a thermal diffusion structure and including a housing comprising a first surface, a second surface facing the first surface, and a third surface vertical to the first surface and the second surface, a display exposed through at least part of the first surface, a battery arranged between the first surface and the second surface, a heating source arranged between the battery and the third surface in a direction vertical to the first surface and the second surface, and a first thermal diffusion member arranged vertically to the first surface and the second surface, the first thermal diffusion member including a first portion in thermal contact with at least part of the heating source and diffusing heat provided by the heating source to at least one second portion.

    Abstract: According to various embodiments, provided is a wireless power transmission device comprising a plurality of power transmission antennas, a geomagnetic sensor, a processor, and a communications circuit, wherein the processor is configured to: set a coordinate system on the basis of geomagnetic sensing information from the geomagnetic sensor; control such that, for charging an electronic device, a first RF wave is formed under a first transmission condition through the plurality of power transmission antennas; receive, from the electronic device and through the communications circuit, first information on a change in the position or location, or both, of the electronic device; at least on the basis of the first information, confirm the position or location, or both, of the electronic device in the coordinate system after the change of the electronic device; and control such that a second RF wave is formed under a second transmission condition through the plurality of power transmission antennas, wherein the second transmission condition is confirmed on the basis of the location or position, or both, of the electronic device after the change. Other various embodiments are possible.

    Abstract: According to various embodiments, an electronic device comprises: a polymer including a plurality of quantum dots; at least one first solar cell disposed on a lower portion of the polymer; and at least one second solar cell disposed on a side portion of the polymer; and a battery configured to be charged with electrical energy from at least one of the first solar battery or the second solar battery, wherein: the first solar battery, in a first wavelength band, has a conversion efficiency greater than or equal to a threshold value; the second solar battery, in a second wavelength band different from the first wavelength band, has a conversion efficiency greater than or equal to the threshold value; and the wavelength of light that passes through the polymer may be within the first wavelength band, and the wavelength of light that is absorbed by at least some of the plurality of quantum dots and then remitted may be within the second wavelength bandwidth. Other various embodiments are possible.
