    Abstract: An analog-to-digital conversion device and analog-to-digital conversion method thereof are provided. The analog-to-digital conversion device includes an analog circuit configured to output an analog input signal, and an analog-to-digital converter configured to receive the analog input signal and configured to outputting a digital output signal corresponding to the analog input signal with the use of first and second capacitor arrays, each of the first and second capacitor arrays including a first capacitor having a calibration capacitor connected thereto and a second capacitor having no calibration capacitor connected thereto, wherein the analog-to-digital converter is configured to calibrate the capacitance of the first capacitor by providing a first calibration voltage to the calibration capacitor and is configured to output the digital output signal corresponding to the analog input signal with the use of the calibrated capacitance of the first capacitor.

    Abstract: A semiconductor device comprising a fingerprint sensor configured to generate first-direction sensing data and second-direction sensing data by sensing a fingerprint image in a first direction and a second direction, respectively, which is perpendicular to the first direction; a differential sensing circuit configured to generate first-direction first differential data and second-direction first differential data by performing a differential operation on the first-direction sensing data and the second-direction sensing data, respectively; and a fingerprint processing circuit configured to generate first-direction second differential data and second-direction second differential data by performing a differential operation on the first-direction first differential data and the second-direction first differential data, respectively, and generate fingerprint data by adding the first-direction second differential data and the second-direction second differential data.

    Abstract: A semiconductor device includes a selection circuit and a phase detector. The selection circuit, in response to a first selection signal output from a controller, outputs as a timing signal a first clock signal output from the controller or an output signal of a PLL using the first clock signal as a first input. The phase detector generates a voltage signal indicating a phase difference between a second clock signal output from the controller and the timing signal output from the selection circuit. The semiconductor device further includes a data port, a memory core storing data, and a serializer, in response to the timing signal output from the selection circuit, serializing data output from the memory core and outputting serialized data to the controller via the data port. The controller generates the first selection signal based on at least one of the voltage signal and the serialized data.
