    摘要: A garbage collection unit and a garbage collection method in an embedded environment are provided. In the method, a memory is divided into a young generation area including first and second areas and an old generation area including a predetermined number of blocks, the young generation area is divided into two areas, the garbage collection is performed alternately in the first and second areas of the young generation area, and the garbage collection in the old generation area is performed gradually in units of individual frames including a predetermined number of blocks. Accordingly, time delay due to garbage collection can be minimized, thereby guaranteeing a real-time operation.

    摘要: Disclosed is a scrubber for processing semiconductor waste gas produced in a semiconductor fabricating process, wherein the scrubber burns the waste gas with a flame of a high temperature, filters and captures particles produced after the waste gas is burnt, and discharges particle-filtered waste gas to the atmosphere. The semiconductor waste gas processing scrubber includes: a supply section for supplying semiconductor waste gas, fuel and oxygen; a burner connected to the supply section so as to burn the semiconductor waste gas by flame; a burning chamber joined to the burner so as to cause particles, which are produced as the semiconductor waste gas is burnt, to drop; a wet tower installed at a side of the burning chamber so as to cause the particles, which are transferred from the burning chamber after adsorbing the particles using water, to drop; and a water reservoir tank connected to the burning chamber and the wet tower so as to capture the particles which have dropped from the burning chamber and the wet tower.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a dipolar LED and a dipolar LED module incorporating the same, in which an upper hemisphere-shaped base houses an LED chip therein and adapted to radiate light from the LED chip to the outside, and a pair of reflecting surfaces placed at opposed top portions of the base in a configuration symmetric about an imaginary vertical plane. The vertical plane passes through the center of the LED chip perpendicularly to a light-emitting surface of the LED chip. The reflecting surfaces are extended upward away from the top portions of the base to reflect light from the LED chip away from the imaginary vertical plane. A pair of radiating surfaces are placed outside the reflecting surfaces, respectively, to radiate light from the reflecting surfaces to the outside. In this way, light emission from the LED chip can be concentrated in both lateral directions.

A data stream encrypted using copy protection information is recorded in a data area of an optical disc such as a write once optical disc or a rewritable optical disc, while the copy protection information and a drive ID are recorded together in a key locker of the optical disc. When a data stream of an optical disc is reproduced, reading and decryption of the copy protection information is selectively performed depending on whether the drive ID recorded in the key locker and a drive ID managed in an optical disc drive, into which the optical disc is inserted, are identical. This prevents contents such as broadcast programs recorded in an optical disc from being illegally duplicated.

    摘要: Disclosed herein is a process for the preparation of dimethylether from hydrocarbons, including tri-reforming a feedstock mixture comprised of hydrocarbons, carbon dioxide and water vapor in the presence of a tri-reforming catalyst, to prepare a syngas, which then undergoes gas-phase direct synthesis into dimethylether in one step in the presence of a hybrid catalyst. According to the process of this invention, three main processes among typical syngas preparation processes are simultaneously performed, and then, the syngas thus obtained is prepared into dimethylether through a direct reaction in one step, thereby decreasing the apparatus cost and operation cost. In addition, all of the carbon dioxide separated and recovered from the unreacted material and by-products may be reused as reaction material, thus decreasing the generation of carbon dioxide and reducing the material cost.
