摘要： A heating apparatus for chemical vapor deposition equipment which is capable of providing a uniform temperature distribution, even for a wafer having a large surface area. The heating apparatus may include upper and lower reflection plates, with a heater located between the reflection plates. The apparatus may also include a barrier plate to help provide a uniform heat distribution and to minimize dust generation and metallic pollution on a wafer. The apparatus may also include a heater cover for covering the upper portions of the first reflection plate, the heater and the barrier plate, and the sides thereof. The upper reflection plate, which is installed above the heater cover, may be integrally formed with a gas spraying means.

摘要： The present invention relates to cells or plants that can produce polylactate or its copolymers and to a method for preparing polylactate or its copolymers using the same. More specifically, cells or plants with the ability to produce polylactate or hydroxyalkanoate-lactate copolymers comprise both a gene encoding an enzyme that converts lactate into lactyl-CoA and a gene encoding polyhydroxyalkanoate (PHA) synthase which uses lactyl-CoA as a substrate. Also described is a method for preparing polylactate or hydroxyalkanoate-lactate copolymers which comprises culturing the cells in a medium containing lactate or lactate and various hydroxyalkanoates or culturing the plants. Effective preparation of hydroxyalkanoate-lactate copolymer which comprises various hydroxyalkanoates as well as polylactate, using the cells or the plants, is disclosed.

摘要： A mutant capable of producing 1,4-butanediol and a method of preparing 1,4-butanediol using the same are provided. The mutant microorganism is prepared by introducing and amplifying genes encoding enzymes converting succinate into 4-hydroxybutyrate and 4-hydroxybutyrate into 1,4-butanediol in a microorganism capable of producing succinate. The method includes culturing the mutant in a medium containing carbohydrate and obtaining 1,4-butanediol from the culture. Thus, 1,4-butanediol, which is essential in chemical industry, can be prepared in a biological process.

摘要： A novel alpha-1 antitrypsin variant, a method of preparing the same, and use thereof are provided. The alpha-1 antitrypsin variant has excellent stability in the body and maintains an inhibitory effect on elastase activities because the blood half-life (t1/2) and the area under blood drug concentration vs. time curve (AUC) are remarkably increased by adding an N-glycosylation site in animal cells through amino acid mutation between 1st and 25th positions of the N-terminus of alpha-1 antitrypsin. Therefore, the alpha-1 antitrypsin variant can be useful in preventing or treating alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency.
