    摘要: A dash panel has an impact absorption portion formed therein. A suspension tower is connected to the impact absorption portion, so that support stiffness thereof can be ensured. In addition, the suspension tower can be rotated around the front pillar due to an impact, so that an amount of backward movement of the dash panel toward a vehicle interior can be reduced. Thus, a brake booster cannot substantially be moved backward, so that a brake pedal and a steering column can be prevented from being displaced in an upward and backward projecting direction. As a result, a vehicle interior can be protected.

    摘要: A novel method for storing a photocatalytic member containing fluorine-containing anatase-type titanium oxide is provided, which is capable of suppressing the decrease in content of fluorine during storage in a photocatalytic member containing fluorine-containing anatase-type titanium oxide. The storage method of the present invention is a method for storing a photocatalytic member containing fluorine-containing anatase-type titanium oxide including storing the photocatalytic member in a surrounding environment with a relative humidity of 30% or less. According to the storage method of the present invention, for example, the elimination of fluorine from the surface of fluorine-containing titanium oxide can be suppressed, and the decrease in content of fluorine during storage in a photocatalytic member can be suppressed.

    摘要: A valve body (12) of each of low and high-pressure couplers (1,2) is urged in a close direction in to a supply side (A) of a partition (11). A stem (13) that penetrates through an opening portion and projects into the receive side (B) is connected to the valve body (12). A cylinder portion (18) is formed on the receive side (B) of the partition (11). A locking mechanism (22) is provided in a vicinity of an end portion of the cylinder portion. A movable sleeve (23) having an annular projecting portion (26) is provided on an inside of the cylinder portion. The movable sleeve (23) is urged to a lock releasing position where a lock of the locking mechanism (22) is released. Each of low and high-pressure plugs (3,4) has an annular projecting surface (34) that can engage with the annular projecting portion (26), a flange (33) that engages with an end portion of the cylinder portion (18), and an engaging portion (32) that can engage with the locking mechanism (22). A distance (a1) from the locking mechanisms (22) to an end portion of the stem (13) in the high-pressure coupler is larger than a distance (a2) in the same position of the low-pressure coupler.

    摘要: An electrographic printing apparatus and method obtain high-quality images without the occurrence of transfer nonuniformity when toner images are transferred from a latent image carrier to an intermediate transfer medium. The apparatus and method record a toner image present on the latent image carrier by transferring and fixing the toner image to a recording medium via the intermediate transfer medium having an elastic layer on a surface thereof. The printing apparatus has a tensile spring for pressing the intermediate transfer medium against the latent image carrier, and the pressing force of the tensile spring is set so that the straightness in the width direction on the surface of the elastic layer is not larger than the height of the toner image.
