摘要: A coil component includes a conductor film provided on the surface of a core having flanges. On one flange, first and second dividing grooves and a connecting groove are provided, whereby first and second terminals are defined. On the other flange, third and fifth dividing grooves and a connecting groove are provided, whereby third and fourth terminals are defined. First and second winding-around grooves are connected to the respective dividing grooves and arranged substantially parallel to each other. A coil connected to the first and third terminals and a coil connected to the second and fourth terminals are also provided.

摘要: Three thin-film coils having insulating layers therebetween are laminated on the coil winding portion of the core member. A terminal electrode is electrically connected to the end portion of the third thin-film coil. A terminal electrode is electrically connected to the end portion of the first thin-film coil through the lead-out opening portions and separated areas. In this way, the thin-film coils are electrically connected in series between the terminal electrodes. Then, in the thin-film coils, the winding directions of the neighboring coils having an insulating layer therebetween are opposite to each other.

摘要: An LC component includes a coil conductor spirally wound around the outer peripheral surface of a wound core member having a substantially rectangular cross-section. A dielectric layer is arranged so as to cover the coil conductor. A capacitor electrode is provided on the dielectric layer so as to wind approximately once around the wound core member in the peripheral direction of the wound core member. The capacitor electrode includes first, second, third, and fourth surfaces. The capacitor electrode is divided by two cut grooves. One cut groove crosses the capacitor electrode obliquely from one side of the first surface of the capacitor electrode to the other side of the second surface adjacent to the first surface. Similarly, the other cut groove crosses the capacitor electrode obliquely from one side of the third surface of the capacitor electrode to the other side of the fourth surface adjacent to the third surface.

摘要: An inductor includes a bar-shaped ferrite core and a spiral coil. The spiral coil is formed by removing a portion of a conductive film formed at least around the peripheral surface of the ferrite core. The surface of the ferrite core is impregnated with an insulating glass before the conductive film is formed. The content of the glass is preferably about 0.1% to about 20% by weight of the ferrite core. The ferrite core is preferably an Ni—Zn-based ferrite core.

摘要: An electromagnetic noise absorber has a pair of ferrite cores arranged with open ends of the ferrite cores facing each other. Each of the ferrite cores includes an axial portion, an outer cylindrical portion and a bottom portion and is constructed by coupling an end of the axial portion and an end of the outer cylindrical portion to the bottom portion. A slot is formed in the outer cylindrical portion and the bottom portion of each ferrite core such that the slot extends from the open end of the outer cylindrical portion to the bottom portion. The electromagnetic noise absorber can be easily attached to a signal line by placing the signal line in the slots and turning one of the ferrite cores. Since the signal line are wound around the axial portion of the ferrite cores, the signal line has a high impedance.

摘要: A wire-wound inductor includes a substantially square-flanged core member and a case core member. The substantially square-flanged core member includes an upper substantially square flange and a lower substantially square flange. The substantially square-flanged core member, around which a coil is wound, is inserted into the case core member, and the upper flange of the substantially square-flanged core member is fitted in an opening of the case core member. A planar corner abutment surface is provided at each of the four corners of the inner surface of the substantially square opening, and the corners of the upper flange abut the respective planar corner abutment surfaces.

摘要: A cable fixing member formed of one belt-like metal plate bent to fix three cables to a structure includes two flanges formed at both ends of the metal plate, two C-shaped holding portions formed to be bent into C-shapes in cross section on both sides respectively of a reference portion of the metal plate to hold two of the three cables in the C-shaped holding portions respectively, and two semicircular arc portions formed to be bent into semicircular arc shapes in cross section between the C-shaped holding portions and the flanges on both the sides respectively of the reference portion of the metal plate so that the two semicircular arc portions face each other to hold one of the three cables therebetween. The three cables are held so that the three cables are arranged to form a triangular shape in transverse cross sectional view.
