    摘要: A drum brake device is provided that functions as a very stable leading-trailing (LT) type when the service brake is applied, and as a highly effective duo-servo (DS) type with very little fluctuation in stroke when the parking brake is applied, in which strange noises are not generated, and any impact load is not applied to any of the components, thus enabling a lighter device. A shoe clearance adjustment device (12), adjacent to a service brake actuator (8) is suspended between the two brake shoes (2, 3). A parking brake actuator (18) is adjacent to an anchor (9). The middle segment of a long link (11) is pivotable in the middle of the one brake shoe (2). The ends of the link are functionally engaged with the shoe clearance adjustment device (12) and the parking brake actuator (18), respectively. The parking brake actuator (18) is equipped with a stroke adjustment device.

The long link (44) is pivotable on the central segment of one brake shoe (13). An engagement hook (48) protrudes from one or the other of the long link (44) or the one brake shoe (13). A notched groove (25) is formed in the other component thereof. The engagement hook (48) is inserted into the notched groove (25). The rotation of the long link (44) relative to the one brake shoe (13) will cause the long link (44) and one brake shoe (13) to be superimposable and detachable.

    摘要: A drum brake device having a single brake shoe mounted to be movable on top of the back plate. One end of the brake shoe abuts against an anchor (10) and the other end interlocks with a shoe clearance adjustment device (14). A link (11) is supported so as to pivot in the central region of the brake shoe (3). One end of the link (11) is interlocked so as to be activated by a service brake actuator (12) itself activated when the service brake is applied, while the other end of the link (11) abuts against the anchor (10). When the brake drum is rotating in one direction, the other end of the brake shoe (3) is supported by the anchor (10), and when the brake drum is rotating in the reverse direction, the one end of the brake shoe (3) is supported by the shoe clearance adjustment device (14).
