    摘要: In a magnetic driving device, a fixed core has a housing portion, in which a plunger is housed to reciprocatingly move, and an attracting portion toward which the plunger is attracted upon energizing a coil. The housing portion is provided with a ring portion, which is formed by machining an outer circumference wall thereof and whose thickness is thinner than that of a part of the housing portion adjacent to the ring portion to an extent that mechanical strength of the housing portion is not damaged. The ring portion is provided with a plurality of through-holes penetrating radially the wall thereof. A magnetic flux area of the ring portion is limited due to the thin wall and the through-holes so that magnetic resistance is enlarged.

    摘要: An electromagnetic actuator has a stator core, an armature and a coil. The stator core is formed as a seamless cylindrical tube having a thin wall as a magnetic restrictor. The thin wall has a thickness sufficient to maintain a mechanical strength of the stator core. A permanent magnet is located on an outside of the thin wall to generate a magnetic flux passing through the thin wall in the same direction as a magnetic flux generated by the coil. The thin wall is magnetically saturated with the magnetic flux generated by the permanent magnet. When the coil is energized, a magnetic flux generated by the coil gets around the saturated thin wall and passes through the armature.

    摘要: The invention provides a plastic container with a coated inner surface having superior gas barrier properties. It further provides a plastic container with a coated inner surface capable of suppressing elution of minor components from the resin, in addition to having the superior gas barrier properties. The container has on its inner surface an amorphous carbon film formed by plasma CVD from a starting material containing carbon atoms and whose main component is carbon. In the carbon film, when the number of carbon atoms contained in the film is 100, the ratio of the number of nitrogen atoms is 15 or less, or the ratio of the number of oxygen atoms is 20 or less, or the ratio of the total number of nitrogen atoms and oxygen atoms is 27 or less. Alternatively, when the number of carbon atoms contained in the film is 100, the ratio of the number of nitrogen atoms is 15 or less, the ratio of the number of oxygen atoms is 20 or less, and the ratio of the total number of nitrogen atoms and oxygen atoms is 27 or less. The amorphous carbon film exhibits an oxygen permeability of 20×10−5 ml/day/cm2 or less.

    摘要: A method and device for manufacturing a content-filled bottle having an inversion part at its bottom. In producing the bottle, the inversion part is inverted to prevent deformation of a body part caused by a pressure reduction in the bottle, and as a result, inappropriate deformation and buckling of the bottle are prevented, enabling efficient manufacturing of the bottle with high quality. The bottle (3) is held from the outside by an empty-bottle chuck (41) of auxiliary device mounting means in such a way that the bottle (3) is held at its a mouth part (4) by the chuck along the upper surface of a flange part (10) of the bottle (3). Next, an empty-bottle support table (42) on which an assistance device (24) is placed is raised, the assistance device (24) is mounted on a bottom part (7) of the bottle (3), and the bottle (3) is placed on the empty-bottle support table (42). After that, with the empty bottle (3) held positioned by the empty-bottle chuck (41) and the empty-bottle support table (42), the inversion part (12) is projected to the outside of the body part (6) by a push-down member (54) of bottom projecting means. Then, the bottle (3) is filled with contents and sealed by a cap. The inverted part (12) is recessed into the body part (6), and the assistance device (24) is separated from the bottle (3).

At least one of the sliding faces of the housing and the movable core in contact with each other is subjected to gas soft nitriding, salt-bath soft nitriding, sulfo-nitriding, or nitriding treatment. The surface roughness of such a nitrided face is controlled to be within a prescribed range, so that the wear of the sliding faces of the movable core and the housing can be reduced.
