    摘要: A high-voltage through-type ceramic capacitor which is capable of exhibiting satisfactory heat resistance sufficient to ensure good operability of the capacitor even under severe conditions and being positively small-sized while ensuring its satisfactory operation. In the capacitor, at least one of an insulation case and an insulation cover is made of a material selected from the group consisting of polyethylene terephthalate and nylon 66. The capacitor further includes a pair of central conductors each including a fastening tab arranged in the insulation case, and the insulation case is formed at an upper portion thereof surrounding the fastening tabs into an upper enlarged section.

    摘要: The present invention is directed to a high voltage capacitor and a magnetron which can reduce the weeping noise resulting from the electrostriction phenomenon while maintaining the function as a filter. A capacitor constituted with a dielectric porcelain, is provided with through holes which pass through the dielectric porcelain and electrodes on the two surfaces where the through holes open. One of the electrodes is secured onto one surface of a grounding member. Through conductors are connected with electrical continuity to the electrodes by passing through the capacitor and the grounding member. Insulating resins are filled around the capacitor. The relative dielectric constant of the dielectric porcelain is within the range of 3000 to 6000.

    摘要: A high voltage capacitor is disclosed that comprises a grounding member (1), two through type capacitors (2 and 3), an insulating case (6) and insulating resin (71 and 72). The grounding member (1) has two raised portions (101 and 102) on which the through type capacitors (2 and 3) are secured. The insulating case (6) has two hollow cylindrical portions (61, 62) spaced apart by a distance D with their upper open ends joined to each other to form a recessed enclosure (63) in line with and following the inner diameter sections (611, 621) of the hollow cylindrical portions (61, 82) and their lower open ends fitted on the outer circumference of the raised portions (101, 102). The insulating resin (71 and 72) is provided around the through type capacitors (2 and 3) within the inner diameter sections (611, 621). It is thus possible to provide a high voltage capacitor with superior mechanical strength and excellent withstand voltage characteristics even in humid environments and that is small in size and inexpensive.

Feedthrough capacitors each has one central conductor, a dielectric layer, and an electrode. The periphery of the central conductor is respectively covered with the dielectric layer, and the surface of the dielectric layer is respectively covered with the electrode. The feedthrough capacitor extends respectively through the through-hole, and has been fitted to the grounding member. The electrode has been bonded to the grounding member. An armoring insulator covers the peripheries of the feedthrough capacitors and the periphery of the grounding member.

    摘要: A capacitor constituted of a dielectric ceramic material is provided with through holes, with electrodes formed at the two surfaces at which the through holes open. One of the electrodes is secured onto a raised portion of a grounding metal. Conductors which pass through the capacitor and the grounding metal are electrically connected to an electrode opposite the electrode secured onto a raised portion of the grounding metal. Insulating resins fill the spaces around the capacitor. One end surface of an insulating cover is set facing opposite an inner surface of the raised portion of the grounding metal over a gap with an inner insulating resin filling the gap.

    摘要: A feedthrough ceramic capacitor having a grounding fitting provided in a part of a housing of the capacitor is mounted to a filter box by being forced into the latter through an insertion hole of the filter box. Since a corrugated edge is provided around the entire circumference of the insertion hole provided in the filter box, the feedthrough ceramic capacitor can be forced into the filter box easily. Further, because no gap is generated between the filter box and the grounding fitting, high-frequency noise in the inside of the filter box never leaks to the outside.
