摘要: A high voltage capacitor is disclosed that comprises a grounding member (1), two through type capacitors (2 and 3), an insulating case (6) and insulating resin (71 and 72). The grounding member (1) has two raised portions (101 and 102) on which the through type capacitors (2 and 3) are secured. The insulating case (6) has two hollow cylindrical portions (61, 62) spaced apart by a distance D with their upper open ends joined to each other to form a recessed enclosure (63) in line with and following the inner diameter sections (611, 621) of the hollow cylindrical portions (61, 82) and their lower open ends fitted on the outer circumference of the raised portions (101, 102). The insulating resin (71 and 72) is provided around the through type capacitors (2 and 3) within the inner diameter sections (611, 621). It is thus possible to provide a high voltage capacitor with superior mechanical strength and excellent withstand voltage characteristics even in humid environments and that is small in size and inexpensive.

摘要: A coil component includes: an insulating resin layer provided between a first planar spiral conductor formed on a back surface of a first substrate and a second planer spiral conductor formed on a back surface of a second substrate; an upper core covering a third second planer spiral conductor formed on a front surface of the first substrate on which the insulating resin layer is formed; and a lower core covering a fourth planer spiral conductor formed on a front surface of the second substrate on which the insulating resin layer is formed. One of the upper and lower cores is formed of a metal-magnetic-powder-containing resin. The coil component includes connecting portions disposed respectively at center and outside portions of each of the first and second substrates so as to physically connect the upper and lower cores.

摘要: A body housing supports a plurality of terminals, and an end of a flat cable that includes a conductor-exposed portion is disposed in the body housing. The cover housing is attached to the body housing, and holds the plurality of terminals and a plurality of conductors so as to be sandwiched between the body housing and the cover housing. The terminals are provided with a raised portion that is formed such that a portion of the terminals protrudes, and the plurality of terminals and the plurality of conductors in the conductor-exposed portion are respectively welded together by performing resistance welding with the terminals and the conductors abutting against each other via the raised portion. This enables welding to be performed with a small current with regard to resistance welding of the plurality of terminals of the flat cable connector and the plurality of conductors of the flat cable, thus reducing power consumption during welding, and can also achieve stable welding quality.

The coil component includes a core 2 having a coil winding portion, and first and second flanges disposed on either end of the coil winding portion. The second flange is adapted to be mounted on a circuit board, and is configured of a substantially octagonal bottom surface having first and second peripheral surfaces and first through fourth omitted peripheral surfaces. The first terminal electrode is disposed across the first omitted peripheral surface and a part of the bottom surface, and the second terminal electrode is disposed across the second omitted peripheral surface and part of the bottom surface separated from the first terminal electrode. A winding is wound over the coil winding portion and has a first end electrically connected to the first terminal electrode at the first omitted peripheral surface, and a second end electrically connected to the second terminal electrode at the second omitted peripheral surface.

摘要: An electric connector assembly has an upper connector (1) stacked on a lower connector (2) and having an insulated housing (4), whose opposite side-walls extend downwards to form pairs of elongate legs (5). An insulated housing (20) of the lower connector (2) also has opposite side-walls extending down to form a pair of stubby legs (21) shorter than the elongate legs (5). The lower connector (2) is detachably secured in between the elongate legs (5) so as to be nested in the upper connector (1), in such a manner that either of the upper and lower connectors (1,2) can be separated from the other so as to be used alone, although any additional supporting parts or the like is not required to stack the upper connector on the lower connector.
