Abstract:
The present invention provides a water-soluble metal-processing oil composition which is excellent in putrefaction resistant properties and sparingly has any bad influence upon global environment and human body and a method for processing metals which makes use of the metal-processing oil composition. The metal-processing oil composition of the invention comprises an amine carrying a linear or branched alkyl group having not less than 4 carbon atoms (component A) in an amount ranging from 0.5 to 20% and an amine carrying a cycloalkyl ring or a benzene ring (component B) in an amount ranging from 0.5 to 20% and the method for processing metals is characterized in that it uses the metal-processing oil composition.
Abstract:
A capacitor constituted of a dielectric ceramic material is provided with through holes, with electrodes formed at the two surfaces at which the through holes open. One of the electrodes is secured onto a raised portion of a grounding metal. Conductors which pass through the capacitor and the grounding metal are electrically connected to an electrode opposite the electrode secured onto a raised portion of the grounding metal. Insulating resins fill the spaces around the capacitor. One end surface of an insulating cover is set facing opposite an inner surface of the raised portion of the grounding metal over a gap with an inner insulating resin filling the gap.
Abstract:
A feedthrough ceramic capacitor having a grounding fitting provided in a part of a housing of the capacitor is mounted to a filter box by being forced into the latter through an insertion hole of the filter box. Since a corrugated edge is provided around the entire circumference of the insertion hole provided in the filter box, the feedthrough ceramic capacitor can be forced into the filter box easily. Further, because no gap is generated between the filter box and the grounding fitting, high-frequency noise in the inside of the filter box never leaks to the outside.
Abstract:
A high-voltage through-type ceramic capacitor which is capable of exhibiting satisfactory heat resistance sufficient to ensure good operability of the capacitor even under severe conditions and being positively small-sized while ensuring its satisfactory operation. In the capacitor, at least one of an insulation case and an insulation cover is made of a material selected from the group consisting of polyethylene terephthalate and nylon 66. The capacitor further includes a pair of central conductors each including a fastening tab arranged in the insulation case, and the insulation case is formed at an upper portion thereof surrounding the fastening tabs into an upper enlarged section.
Abstract:
In a compact printer provided with a type wheel having a type belt wound on a cylindrically formed base, a hammer mechanism contained within the type wheel, and a DC motor for operating the type wheel and a paper feed mechanism, the rotational force from the DC motor is transmitted to the type wheel through a spring clutch mechanism and a code plate for generating a timing signal is provided on the side surface of the type wheel so that a solenoid for controlling the spring clutch mechanism is driven by the timing signal.
Abstract:
The invention provides a lubricating grease composition containing the following components (a) and (b): (a) an ionic liquid having as an anion bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imide; and (b) as a thickener a diurea compound of formula (1): R1NH-CO-NH-R2-NH-CO-NH-R3 (1) wherein R2 is an aromatic hydrocarbon group having 6 to 15 carbon atoms; and R1 and R3, which may be the same or different are each an aromatic hydrocarbon group having 6 to 12 carbon atoms, an alicyclic hydrocarbon group having 6 to 12 carbon atoms or a straight-chain alkyl group having 8 to 20 carbon atoms, with the groups represented by R1 and R3 containing the aromatic hydrocarbon group in an amount of 50 to 100 mol %. The lubricating grease composition of the invention can favorably be used under ultra-high vacuum, and under high temperatures of 200 to 300° C.
Abstract:
The invention provides a lubricant composition containing (A) an ionic liquid having an anion represented by formula 1: (Rf1-SO2) (Rf2-SO2) N− or formula 2: (Rf3) (Rf3) (Rf3) PF3− wherein Rf1 and Rf2 in formula 1 may be the same or different and are each F, CF3, C2F5, C3F7 or C4F9, and Rf3 in formula 2 may be the same or different and is CF3, C2F5, C3F7 or C4F9; and (B) a fatty acid amine salt in an amount of 0.1 to 5.0 mass %, The lubricant composition of the invention can favorably be used under a high vacuum or an ultra high vacuum, or under high temperatures, and exhibits excellent rust prevention properties.
Abstract:
In a high-voltage feedthrough capacitor, a grounding member has two through-holes spaced away from each other. Feedthrough capacitors each has one central conductor, a dielectric layer, and an electrode. The periphery of the central conductor is respectively covered with the dielectric layer, and the surface of the dielectric layer is respectively covered with the electrode. The feedthrough capacitor extends respectively through the through-hole, and has been fitted to the grounding member. The electrode has been bonded to the grounding member. An armoring insulator covers the peripheries of the feedthrough capacitors and the periphery of the grounding member.
