摘要： An electric motor includes: a stator having a plurality of first coils with a rotor receiving part formed inside thereof and generating a rotating magnetic field and a plurality of second coils making a pair with the first coils and generating an induction magnetic field induced by the magnetic field of the first coils; a first rotor formed as a hollow permanent magnet, installed in the rotor receiving part and rotated by the magnetic field formed in the first coils and the second coils of the stator; and a second rotor having a rotational shaft fixedly installed at a center of the second rotor, and being installed inside the first rotor so as to be rotated by rotation of the first rotor.

摘要： An electric motor, more particularly, a rotor structure of an electric motor comprises: a stator including a plurality of teeth and coil wound on the teeth to form rotary magnetic flux by applied electric source; a rotary shaft; and a rotor rotatably installed in the stator, the rotor including a shaft insertion hole so that the rotary shaft can be inserted therethrough and fixed, wherein, the rotor includes a plurality of permanent magnet insertion slots of ‘V’ or ‘U’ shape formed in radial direction as centering around the shaft insertion hole, and permanent magnets are inserted and fixed into the permanent magnet insertion slots respectively, and a plurality of air gap expanding portions, on which air gaps from the teeth of the stator are expanded, are formed on an outer circumferential surface of the rotor.

摘要： An apparatus and method for controlling driving of a plurality of fan motors for a refrigerator are provided. When operated, the plurality of fan motors provided in the refrigerator is sequentially operated at certain delay times, to thus improve operation efficiency of the plurality of fan motors. The apparatus for controlling driving of a plurality of fan motors includes blowing devices that supply cool air, a driving device that generates drive signals to drive the blowing devices, a controller that controls operation of the driving device, a power device that provides operation power of the driving device and the controller, and a cutoff device positioned between the driving device and the power device that cuts off noise and a surge voltage introduced from the power device to the driving device.

摘要： The hybrid induction motor includes a housing; a stator installed in the housing and having a stator core portion and a stator coil portion; a rotor coupling body having a rotary shaft rotatably installed in at the housing, a cage rotor portion rotating integrally with the rotary shaft, and a permanent magnet rotor portion coupled to a circumference of the cage rotor portion with a certain air gap so as to rotate freely with respect to the rotary shaft; and a reverse rotation preventing switch, when the rotary shaft rotates reversibly, coming in contact with the permanent magnet rotor portion which is moved along the shaft by thrust generated by the rotor coupling body and cutting off power being supplied to the stator coil portion.

摘要： An apparatus for controlling a speed of a fan motor of an air-conditioner includes a frequency and voltage phase converter for simultaneously varying a voltage phase and frequency of a commercial AC power according to a control signal and applying a voltage varied according to the varied frequency and voltage phase to a fan motor of the air-conditioner; a zero voltage detector for receiving the commercial AC power and detecting a zero voltage of a voltage wave of the commercial AC power; and a microcomputer electrically connected with the zero voltage detector and the frequency and voltage phase converter, generating the control signal providing a predetermined frequency switching pattern according to a frequency command based on a point when the zero voltage is generated, and outputting the control signal to the frequency and voltage phase converter.

摘要： A motor having a reverse-rotation preventing unit, comprises: a casing; a stator fixedly-coupled to an inside of the casing; a primary rotor rotatably inserted into the stator; a motor shaft coupled to the primary rotor; a secondary rotor having a permanent magnet and rotatably inserted into an air gap between the stator and the primary rotor; a locking unit installed at an inner wall of the casing; a ratchet unit rotatably coupled to the secondary rotor, and locked or unlocked to/from the locking unit when the secondary rotor is forward-rotated or reverse-rotated, for rotating the secondary rotor in a forward direction; and a position setting unit for moving the ratchet unit to a locking position or a unlocking position by a difference between a centrifugal force generated when the secondary rotor is rotated and its restoration force. In the present invention, the motor is only forward-rotated without being reverse-rotated and thus a reliability thereof is enhanced.
