    摘要: In a method of detecting a specific object using a multi-dimensional image including the specific object, with respect to each window slide of the image subjected to window sliding by applying a previously generated 3D cube filter, data of an area corresponding to the window sliding is normalized in a previously defined specific form. After the corresponding part of the normalized data is assigned to each cell in the 3D cube filter, a volume of the cell is then calculated, thereby expressing the volumes of the cells as one volumetric feature vector having a volumetric feature. The volumetric feature vector is applied to a classifier so as to decide whether or not the data of the area corresponding to the window slide corresponds to the specific object.

    摘要: A projection display having a dual mode function is provided. The projection display includes: a driving unit controlling an entire operation; a light source unit; a polarization beam splitter splitting light provided from the light source unit into first and second polarized light beams; a first light modulation device located in a path through which the first polarized light beam provided from the PBS (polarization beam splitter), the first light modulation device modulating the first polarized light beam in response to a first image signal and providing the first image; a first projection lens unit magnifying and projecting the first image provided from the first light modulation device; a second light modulation device located in a path through which the second polarized light beam provided from the PBS, the second light modulation device modulating the second polarized light beam in response to a second image signal and providing the second image; and a second projection lens unit magnifying and projecting the second image provided from the second light modulation device.Accordingly, it is possible for the projection display to display two images by using a light source. Thus, it is possible to embody a small display having a dual mode function with low power consumption which is suitable to be used for a mobile device.

A first body voltage control circuit may also be provided. This first body voltage control circuit may operate to boost a voltage of the body terminal during an equalization time interval and thereby inhibit threshold voltage increases in the equalization transistor, which may limit operating speed of the integrated circuit device. The first body voltage control circuit may also include a second transistor having a first current carrying terminal electrically connected to the second signal line, a second current carrying terminal electrically connected to the body terminal of the equalization transistor and a gate terminal electrically connected to the first signal line.
