摘要： Disclosed herein is a visible-light communication system according to one embodiment of the invention. The system comprises two apparatus. One apparatus emits a visible light beam on which is superimposed transmission data. From the void data represented by the visible light beam, the other apparatus generates a retroflected light beam, superimposes transmission data on the retroflected light beam, and applies the retroflected light beam to the apparatus. On receiving the retroflected light beam, the apparatus identifies the transmission data coming from the other apparatus, on the basis of the identification data superimposed on the retroflected light beam.

摘要： A disk array device comprises: a hard disk drive module including a disk for recording information thereon and having one side that has a length substantially equal to the diameter of the disk; a battery module; an operation module; a fan module having at least one cooling fan; a controller module having a controller; a power supply module provided for supplying power to the modules; a circuit board to which the above-mentioned modules are connected via electrical connectors; and a substantially box-shaped chassis in which the modules and the circuit board are housed. A front surface and a rear surface of the chassis are opened in a rectangular shape. A length of one side of the opened front surface of the chassis is substantially the same length as the one side of the hard disk drive module.

A first communication link is coupled to the first storage system and the second storage system to exchange management information between the first and second storage systems in order to manage the data replication operation. A data transfer path is configured to transfer data stored in the first storage subsystem to the second storage subsystem and replicate the data of the first storage subsystem in the second storage subsystem. The data transfer path is different from the first communication link.

The controller navigates connection by sequentially lighting the LEDs of the connectors, which should be connected, in this way.

The protective material includes fine particles, a lubricant, and a binder. The fine particles are formed of organic compound or inorganic compound. The binder is a polymer having a glass transition temperature of 40° C. or more. The lubricating properties of the surface are improved by the lubricant. As the lubricating properties improve, a necessary additional amount of the fine particles becomes less. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the degree of transparency from decreasing. Accordingly, the multi-layer sheet having high degree of transparency and excellent resistance to flaws can be obtained. It is possible to reduce bright unevenness by using the multi-layer sheet as the diffusion sheet.
