摘要: An input operation device, wherein a manual operation element (401) is shielded by an element shielding member (411) normally openably supported by a member pivoting mechanism (412) and energized to a shielding position by a shielding energizing mechanism (416). In this state, when the element shielding member (411) is displaced to an open position, the manual operation element (401) is opened to get ready for operation. The element shielding member (411) displaced to the open position is temporarily held by a temporary holding mechanism (424), and opened after a specified time is passed. Accordingly, the manual operation element (401) can be operated with a finger used for displacing the element shielding member (411) from the shielding position to the open position. As a result, the input operation device capable of easily manually operating the manual operation element merely by one hand can be provided despite the fact that the manual operation element is automatically shielded by the element shielding member.

A medical fluid injector includes an injector head injecting a diluted contrast medium into a patient and a controller unit. The controller unit receives an input relating to an injection rate of the diluted medical fluid receives an input relating to a mixture ratio by an operator, calculates an injection rate of a contrast medium based on the mixture ratio, and calculates an injection rate of physiological saline based on the mixture ratio. The injector head injects the contrast medium and the physiological saline at the calculated injection rate of the contrast medium and the calculated injection rate of the physiological saline, respectively.

摘要: A liquid injector acquires personal condition data originating from a patient, before executing injection of a medical liquid, and a function decision unit decides whether the patient has renal dysfunction based on the acquired personal condition data. Accordingly, such arrangement can be made that in the case where the patient is not decided to have renal dysfunction the liquid injection is executed without announcing an alert, and that in the contrary case the alert is announced and the liquid injection is suspended. Thus, the liquid injector allows easily and surely preventing improper injection of the liquid such as a contrast medium to a patient with renal dysfunction.

摘要: Since this syringe has projections provided on the rear surface of a flange of a syringe barrel, when it is inserted in an insertion groove of a cylinder holder, the tips of projections are compressed and the flange is fixed. Consequently, even when a solution having high viscosity is injected at higher pressure, breakage does not occur easily. Further, pressure-receiving area may also be increased by providing a guide defining mounting direction of a syringe, alternatively, a positioning mechanism may be provided so as to obtain mounting at a correct position, or the surface of a flange may be roughened.
