摘要: An all-solid-state cell has a fired solid electrolyte body, a first electrode layer integrally formed on one surface of the fired solid electrolyte body by mixing and firing an electrode active material and a solid electrolyte, and a second electrode layer integrally formed on the other surface of the fired solid electrolyte body by mixing and firing an electrode active material and a solid electrolyte. The first and the second electrode layers are formed by mixing and firing the electrode active material and the amorphous solid electrolyte, which satisfy the relation Ty>Tz (wherein Ty is a temperature at which the capacity of the electrode active material is lowered by reaction between the electrode active material and the solid electrolyte material, and Tz is a temperature at which the solid electrolyte material is shrunk by firing).

摘要: A first paste for a first electrode layer and a second paste for a second electrode layer are printed on a fired solid electrolyte by screen printing, etc. to form electrode patterns for forming the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer. The first and second pastes can be prepared by dissolving a binder in an organic solvent, adding an appropriate amount of the obtained solution to powders of an electrode active substance material and a solid electrolyte material, and kneading the resultant mixture. The first and second pastes are applied to the fired solid electrolyte to form a cell precursor, the cell precursor is placed in a hot press mold subjected to a thermal treatment while pressing from above by a punch, whereby the first and second electrode layer are formed from the first and second pastes.

摘要: The present invention provides a secondary battery using a liquid electrolyte excellent in storage characteristics. The secondary battery includes a cathode, an anode, and a liquid electrolyte, where the cathode and the anode contain at least one mutual active material. This symmetrical electrode configuration, that the at least one active material for the cathode and the anode is mutual, enables equalization of an electrode electric potential difference before charge or after discharge; and thus electrolyte degradation is efficiently restrained to improve storage characteristics.

摘要: A softening apparatus includes a cooling liquid reservoir for holding a cooling liquid, a first conducting sheave provided outside of the cooling liquid reservoir for applying a voltage to a wire while guiding the wire, and a second conducting sheave provided in the cooling liquid reservoir for letting a current flow through the wire while guiding the wire as the wire is fed via the first conducting sheave. The softening apparatus is also provided with a liquid level detector for detecting a liquid level of the cooling liquid in the cooling liquid reservoir. A heating path length of the wire between the first conducting sheave and the second conducting sheave is controlled based on a result of detection by the liquid level detector.

摘要: A laser oscillator control device includes a controller having a transmitter section and a receiver section; a laser oscillator having a transmitter section and a receiver section and communicating with the controller via a communication line; wherein the laser oscillator control device outputs a control signal from the controller to the laser oscillator, based on a status signal indicating operational state of the laser oscillator sent from the laser oscillator to the controller. The controller has an alternating signal transmitter circuit that generates an alternating signal that changes at a predetermined period, and sends this alternating signal to the laser oscillator, and the laser oscillator has a return signal transmitter circuit which generates a return signal that changes periodically in correspondence to the alternating signal from the controller, and sends this return signal to the controller. Furthermore, the controller has a monitoring circuit monitoring the return signal from the laser oscillator, and if it determines that there is an abnormality in the return signal, outputs a stop control signal for stopping laser beam irradiation by the laser oscillator.

摘要: The present invention provides an electric compressor in which a lead wire on the motor driving circuit side can be electrically connected positively to a sealed terminal. Because the sealed terminal is formed from a terminal body which is made of a metal having electrical conductivity and whose end is provided with a male threaded portion, and a joining nut made of a metal having electrical conductivity and which is different from the material for the terminal body, and is threadably mounted on the male threaded portion of the terminal body, it is possible to positively join the joining nut of a different material to the terminal body and to positively join the lead wire of the same material as the joining nut to the joining nut by welding, whereby it becomes possible to electrically connect a lead wire on the driving circuit housing chamber side positively to the sealed terminal.
