摘要: The inventions provides a method for immunologically determining a keratan sulfate level which method includes bringing an anti-keratan sulfate monoclonal antibody into contact with a biological sample, the anti-keratan sulfate monoclonal antibody exhibiting a relative reaction specificity between keratan sulfate-I and keratan sulfate-II represented by IC50KS-I/KS-II of 0.4 to 5, to thereby provide a signal; and detecting keratan sulfate contained in the biological sample from the signal. On the basis of the method, the invention also provides a joint disease detection method and a method for assessing the effect of a remedy for a joint disease and a candidate substance therefor. Through these methods, a very small amount of keratan sulfate contained in a sample, can be determined. Particularly, these methods can determine, at high-sensitivity and high-specificity, the total keratan sulfate including keratan sulfate-I, which have been difficult to determine through a conventional technique. The methods also enables detect a joint disease and assess the effect of a remedy for a joint disease or a candidate substance therefor.

摘要: Provided are a method for measuring tool dimensions and a measurement device, whereby if a machine tool (10) cannot fit the overall outline of a tool (20) inside the field of vision (V) for an image from an imaging device (33), the field of vision (V) of the imaging device (33) is moved by relatively moving the imaging device (33) and the tool (20). In addition, the imaging device (33) can follow the outline (54) of the tool (20) by moving the field of vision (V), because the movement direction (53) for the field of vision (V) is determined on the basis of the partial outline (51) specified based on image data. In this way, even when measuring dimensions for a tool (20) with a larger diameter than the field of vision (V) of the imaging device (33), a partial outline (51) of a desired range, for example, is specified. An outline of a desired range for the tool (20) is extracted if a plurality of specified partial outlines (51) are combined. Measurement of the dimensions of the tool (20) is possible by using such outlines.

摘要: In the machine tool (10) pertaining to the present invention, the contour lines (51) of a tool (20) are displayed on a display screen (S). When an operator measuring the dimensions traces a contour line (51) on the display screen (S) of a touch panel (45) with a finger, it is possible to automatically identify, on the display screen (S), the site to be measured (i.e., the contour line (51)) on the tool (20). In this way, an operator can measure the dimensions of the tool (20) in an extremely simple manner. Additionally, it is possible to automatically measure the tool diameter or the blade position of the tool (20) as the operator designates a specific position on the contour line (51) of the tool (20). Thus, with such a method for measuring the dimensions of the tool (20), it is possible to easily identify an unexpected site to be measured on a tool having complex contour lines, such as a multi-stage tool.

摘要: A wear amount of a working tool T during the machining of a workpiece is estimated during the machining, and a positional command generated in accordance with a predetermined machining program is sequentially corrected during the machining based on the estimated wear amount of the working tool T. The workpiece W is machined in accordance with the corrected positional command. Also, the wear amount of the working tool T upon the interruption of the machining operation is calculated, and the positional command generated in accordance with the predetermined machining program is corrected based on the calculated wear amount of the working tool so that a tool edge position of the working tool T upon the interruption of the machining operation coincides with the tool edge position of the working tool T upon the restart of the machining operation when the machining operation is restarted at a position where the machining operation has been interrupted. The workpiece is machined in accordance with the corrected positional command.

摘要: In the machine tool (10) pertaining to the present invention, an imaging device (33) takes an image of a tool (20) being moved in the feeding direction. Contour lines (51) are identified by means of the plurality of sets of image data generated from imaging. The movement trajectory (52) and the central axis (53) of the tool (20) are identified on the basis of the contour lines (51). When the movement trajectory (52) and the central axis (53) are offset, said offset can be used to correct the positioning of the tool (20) with the machine tool (10). As a result, the processing accuracy of a workpiece improves. Moreover, when the dimensions of a tool (20) that has a tilted posture are measured, it is possible to determine the actual tool diameter or the actual blade position in the tilted posture. The aforementioned blade position and tool diameter can be used to correct the positioning of the machine tool (10). Thus, the processing accuracy of the workpiece improves even more.
