    摘要: According to one embodiment, a memory system includes a first memory chip includes a first temporary memory and a first block, a second memory chip includes a second temporary memory and a second block, and a memory controller that controls writing of logical pages to the first and second memory chips. The memory controller forms a second unit having the same page number as the first unit by the first temporary memory and the lowermost physical page in the first block, forms a third unit having the same page number as the first unit by the second temporary memory and the lowermost physical page in the second block, and writes the logical pages by an interleave operation in order of the second unit, the third unit, the first unit in the first block, and the first unit in the second block.

    摘要: A data distribution system is provided which generates outputs attribute data about multimedia data in advance and broadcasts the output attribute data together with the multimedia data so that the receiving terminal can grasp the outlines of the entire multimedia data and improve the visibility. A data broadcasting device (1) generates output attribute data about multimedia data in a data analyzing portion (13). The output attribute data exists alone or is embedded in the multimedia data. The multimedia data and the output attribute data are encoded in a protocol encoder (14) and broadcast from a transmitter (15). A receiving terminal device (2) receives the broadcast data in a tuner (21) and obtains the multimedia data and output attribute data in a tuner (21). When a data display portion (26) displays the obtained multimedia data, the output attribute data is referred to and information related to the multimedia data is displayed together with the multimedia data. A data analyzing portion (24) analyzes the multimedia data and extracts the output attribute data embedded therein.

    摘要: A semiconductor memory card that has a sufficient storage capacity when an electronic commerce (EC) application writes data to a storage is provided. A usage area for the EC application in EEPROM 3 in a tamper resistant module (TRM) 1 is expanded. The expansion is such that a partition generated in a flash memory 2 outside the TRM 1 is assigned to the EC application while a partition table is allocated in the internal EEPROM 3. Because the partition table is in the TRM 1, only a CPU 7 in the TRM 1 is able to access the generated partition table. Secrecy of stored contents increases because the access to the expanded area is limited to the CPU in the TRM 1.

    摘要: An independent suspension provided with a knuckle for rotatably supporting a wheel thereon and a sub-knuckle member pivotally supported on the knuckle, the knuckle connected to the leading terminal of a lower arm through a first ball joint and the basal terminal part of the lower arm is attached to an automobile body. The leading terminal of an upper arm is connected to the sub-knuckle member through a second ball joint and the basal terminal part of the upper arm is attached to the automobile body side. The leading terminal of a control link attached to the automobile body side is connected to the knuckle member through a third ball joint. The axis which passes the centers of the first ball joint and the second ball joint constitutes itself a steering axis. The center of the third ball joint is offset relative to the point of intersection between the horizontal plane passing the third ball joint and the steering axis. As a result, the knuckle members are allowed to produce a swinging motion around the second ball joint as the center to change the camber angle of the wheel while the automobile body is being steered.

    摘要: A data broadcasting station transmits a multiplexed signal in which multimedia data encoded in a prescribed coding system are at least multiplexed in a broadcasting form. A file manager stores the multimedia data received by a tuner and decoded by a decoder in a storage device while creating management information therefor and registering it in a table. A browser requests of the file manager multimedia data to be referred to, and lets it be displayed on a monitor. The file manager increments/decrements a retention coefficient on the basis of a frequency of reference to the multimedia, and determines whether or not to delete each multimedia data stored in the storage device. Thus provided is a terminal device which can effectively utilize the capacity of the storage device without deleting multimedia data frequently referred to by the user.
