摘要: The technical problem of this invention is to establish a method of processing a synthetic resin tube, in which the shape of a part of the tube wall is changed to form easily an attractively hollowed and/or raised portion in a fairly wide area of the tube wall. The object of this invention is to provide a tubular container having excellent decorativeness, appearance, or functionality that has never been found before. A method of processing a synthetic resin tube comprises utilizing a mandrel having a mold portion, which has at least a shape selected from a hollowed shape, a raised shape, and a hollowed and raised shape formed in a part of outer surface of the mandrel, and which is also provided with small through-holes in this mold portion; inserting a bottomed cylindrical mandrel into a synthetic resin tube, while bringing the inner wall of the tube in contact with the mandrel; heating and softening the tube in the portion facing the mold portion; deaerating the tube via a central opening and the through-holes to mold the softened portion of the tube in a manner similar to vacuum molding; and forming in the tube wall at least one of the portions selected from a hollowed portion, a raised portion, and a hollowed and raised portion.

摘要: A squeezable plastic bottle with a handle which is bendable by forming a bending deformation portion in the handle. The bending deformation portion of the handle can be a bending portion formed in the middle portion of the longitudinal direction of the handle. Further a bending rib can be formed between the handle and the body wall surface. The body may be squeezable and deformable by forming a bending rib in the bottle body.

摘要: A bottle-type plastic container has a body and an opening at one end of the container that allows liquid content to be filled into the container and emptied therefrom. The body includes at least one body portion having a substantially regular polygonal cross-section defined by a plurality of generally flat walls. The generally flat walls of the body portion include flexible walls and less-flexible walls, which are arranged alternately to each other in a circumferential direction of the body portion. When the container is filled with liquid contents at a high temperature and subsequently cooled to room temperature, a resultant pressure drop within the container is absorbed by the walls, initially by a primary inward deflection of the flexible walls and subsequently by a secondary inward deflection of the less-flexible walls. As such, the plastic container is particularly suited for hot fill applications.

摘要: A hinge includes first hinge connectors having first shaft holes drilled and which are disposed at a rear of a synthetic resin case body that may contain a cosmetic material; a second hinge connector having a second shaft hole drilled and which is disposed at a rear of a synthetic resin lid that opens or closes with respect to the case body. The hinge also includes synthetic resin hinge shafts inserted through the first shaft holes, the second shaft hole, and two protruded fitting parts with a shape of a short cylinder disposed so as to project from end faces of the first hinge connectors and come in abutment with two U-shaped, recessed fitting parts disposed on end faces of the second hinge connector. The recessed fitting parts have an opening to a front side the lid, the opening having a width substantially equal to a diameter of the protruded fitting parts, the recessed fitting parts having a center of curvature that corresponds to a center of the second shaft hole and have a radius of curvature of substantially the same radius of curvature the protruded fitting parts. The hinge prevents shearing forces from acting on the hinge shafts and protects the hinge shafts against shearing fracture.

摘要: A semiconductor device in accordance with the present invention, for example, is a thin film transistor provided on a transparent substrate. The semiconductor device made of a polysilicon film is provided with (1) a semiconductor layer having a source region and a drain region and (2) a gate electrode provided on a region between the source region and the drain region of the semiconductor layer via a gate insulating film. The semiconductor device is further provided with an organic insulating film made of a condensation polymer having an imide ring such that the organic insulating film covers the gate electrode, the source region, and the drain region. The organic insulating film is formed by applying an organic insulating material such as polyimide, polyamic acid, and other materials, and thereafter by carrying out a calcining process, thereby reducing a trap density of the polysilicon film constituting the semiconductor layer without lowering the productivity due to low throughput, and realizing a semiconductor device which can be suitably adopted as a thin film transistor constituting a matrix circuit section of an active-matrix type liquid crystal display device.
