The evacuating operation implementing portion designates at least one of the service floors as a rescue floor, and implements an evacuating operation for the elevator for transporting the building occupants from the rescue floor to the refuge floor. The evacuating operation time calculating portion receives urgency level information that indicates a degree of urgency, and calculates an estimated amount of time for continuing the evacuating operation as an evacuating operation time based on the urgency level information. The evacuating operation determining portion determines ability to continue the evacuating operation based on information from the evacuating operation time calculating portion. The evacuating operation implementing portion controls the evacuating operation based on information from the evacuating operation determining portion.

摘要： An evacuation supporting system which can provide elevators in a building for evacuation in event of a fire and can substantially reduce the burden required by the rescue at the site of the fire by providing, before the arrival of firemen at the building, the firemen with information on the evacuation condition of the weak and the condition of evacuation of those who are present in the building carried out by use of the elevators. In an ancillary room within the building, there is installed an evacuation detection device which is used by disaster preventing staff in a disaster prevention center within the building to check for persons who have escaped into the ancillary room. When a fire has been detected by a fire detector, the elevators in the building are provided for evacuation for those who are present in the building, and the input status of the evacuation detection device and the evacuation operation condition of the elevator are transmitted to an external computer environment.

The elevator group control apparatus selects an elevator whose total evaluated value is the best from among the plurality of elevators, and assigns a hall call to the selected elevator.

摘要： An evacuation control apparatus for an elevator controls, in an event of a fire in a building provided with an elevator that is assigned to a plurality of floors as service floors, an operation of the elevator. The evacuation control apparatus for the elevator has an evacuation operation performing portion, a determination portion, and an evacuation operation resuming portion. The evacuation operation performing portion sets at least one of the service floors as a rescue floor, and performs evacuation operation for the elevator to convey those stranded in the building from the rescue floor to an evacuation floor. When a predetermined termination condition is fulfilled during evacuation operation, the determination portion determines that evacuation operation should be terminated. When a predetermined resumption condition is fulfilled after evacuation operation is terminated due to a determination made by the determination portion, the evacuation operation resuming portion determines that evacuation operation should be resumed.

If a new destination call is registered, a car travel range calculator provisionally assigns a car to the new destination call and calculates the travel range of the provisionally assigned car and the travel range of the other car in the same shaft. Based on the calculated travel ranges, an assignment candidate selector selects or rejects the car as a candidate for assignment to the new destination call. Later, several evaluation index values are calculated for each of the selected candidate cars. By comprehensively evaluating these calculated evaluation index values, a determination is made as to which car is to be assigned to the new destination call.

摘要： An elevator system controller for efficient group supervisory control while avoiding collisions between two elevator cars in service in a single elevator shaft. The elevator system controller includes a risk calculating unit for calculating a risk of a collision between elevator cars in the same shaft when the elevator cars are responding to a new call for service, a car assigning unit for assignment of an elevator car to respond to the new call based on the risk of collision, and an operation control unit for controlling operation of the elevator cars based on the assignment by the car assigning unit. The risk of collision is calculated for each car, and the risk is recalculated based on a possibility of a withdrawal of one of the elevator cars to a position in the shaft where no collision can occur, based on a predicted arrival time of a car at the floor requiring service. Cars that have high risks of collision when the remaining cars in the same shaft cannot be withdrawn in time to a safe spot are removed as candidates for assignment to respond to the new call. An evaluation is carried out using several evaluation indexes, in addition to the risk of collision, to decide which car is to be assigned to respond to the new call. If a determination of a traffic condition indicates low usage of the elevator cars, one car in each shaft is forwarded to a rest position and paused.

The elevator includes a common car which moves in a reciprocating manner between the rescue floor and the evacuation floor in the case of the evacuation operation. The common car is capable of responding to the registered call for the evacuation response floor in the case of the evacuation operation.
