    摘要: An apparatus for examining a subject's brain functions acquires two or more indexes of pupillary indexes that show the subject's pupillary characteristics, visual indexes that show the subject's visual system functions, intelligence evaluating indexes that are results of the an intelligence test carried out on the subject, and behavior evaluating indexes that show the results the subject's behavior examination. Two or more indexes are stored in a memory and outputted from an output unit. By combining two or more kinds of independent indexes, accurate determination of dementia cases and further the degree of senescence of brain functions can be achieved. In addition, the brain function examining apparatus puts together a number of a plurality of indexes by the multivariate calculation and converts the indexes into different values of fewer numbers.

    摘要: A relax refresh system is arranged such that a system control section performs a control of having a moving image track reproduced by a video CD driving section through an image/sound control section, the track including a modem signal recorded in a voice zone, control data are decoded by a modem signal decoding section from a code of the modem signal, the decoded control data are sent to the system control section, the video CD driving section is controlled through the image/sound control section by the system control section so as to reproduce the moving picture track, and the video CD driving section and a display device are controlled in their operation by means of data groups of the moving picture track preliminarily read in the system control section, in synchronism with the moving image track being reproduced, whereby the image and voice in accordance with a state of the user can be sufficiently provided to the user.

The image processing device 5 detects a pupil diameter of the subject based on the image taken by the CCD camera 3. The feature of the present invention resides in that the display device 1 comprises a display device capable of adjusting background luminance of a screen and brightness of the light stimulus eye-target separately.

This appliance includes a vibrating element and a dental mouthpiece having the vibrating element built therein.     摘要: This relates to a sleep apnea test sensor assembly (20) comprising multiple sensors to be used for diagnosis of sleep apnea syndrome, and a test equipment (30) comprising the same. The respective sensors each associate sensing data measured by a respective sensing section with time data of a clock unit, and store them in a storage unit so as to allow the sensing section to perform sensing at a predetermined period in response to a clocking operation of the clock unit, and set time of the clock unit in response to a synchronous signal input from outside. The respective sensors operate physically independently of each other, but can measure sensing data with the synchronization in time therebetween being secured, enabling accurate diagnosis of SAS.
