    摘要: The present invention provides a pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) sheet which is formed using a non-toluene solvent-based acrylic PSA composition, and which minimizes corrosion of metals not in contact with the PSA sheet. PSA sheet 1 has PSA layers 21, 22 formed from a solvent-based PSA composition. The PSA composition includes, within an organic solvent that is substantially free of toluene substances, an acrylic polymer synthesized in presence of a sulfur-containing chain transfer agent. Moreover, in a gas generation test whereby PSA sheet 1 is heated at 85° C. for one hour, the emission of sulfur-containing gas is 0.043 μg or less per 1 cm2 surface area of PSA sheet 1, when converted to SO42−.

    摘要: A double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) sheet having a plastic film as a substrate is provided, with the property of corroding a metal not in contact therewith being suppressed. This PSA sheet has a PSA layer that uses a water-dispersed acrylic PSA composition on each side of the plastic film substrate. The PSA composition contains a water-dispersed acrylic polymer synthesized using a sulfur-containing chain transfer agent. The PSA sheet has the emission of sulfur-containing gas of 0.043 μg or less per 1 cm2 surface area of the PSA sheet, when converted to SO42−, in a gas generation test under which the PSA sheet is heated at 85° C. for one hour.

    摘要: An adhesive sheet is provided in which properties that cause corrosion of a non-contacting metal are inhibited. The adhesive sheet is provided with a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed from an aqueous dispersion type adhesive composition. The pressure-sensitive adhesive composition contains an aqueous dispersion type acrylic polymer synthesized using a chain transfer agent that does not have sulfur as a composite element thereof. The amount of sulfur-containing gas (as SO42−) released from the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet in the case of heating for 1 hour at 85° C. is 0.043 μg/1 cm2 or less, adhesive strength on an ABS sheet is 10 N/20 mm or more, and holding time as determined in an 80° C. cohesive strength test is 1 hour or more.

    摘要: The present invention provides a water-dispersed acrylic PSA composition suitable for forming a PSA sheet. The PSA composition contains 100 parts by weight of an acrylic copolymer with a Tg of −70° C. to −50° C. obtained by polymerization of a monomer starting material containing 60 wt % or more of an alkyl (meth)acrylate with a C8-12 alkyl group and 5 wt % or less of a radical polymerizable monomer with a carboxyl group. When an adhesive sheet is formed therefrom, it exhibits an average SUS adhesive strength of 11 N/20 mm or greater, PP adhesive strength of 8.5 N/20 mm or greater, 80° C. hold time of 1 hour or longer, and gap height of 10 mm or less in a curved surface adhesion test.

The PSA layer 3 is formed from a water-dispersed PSA composition. This PSA composition contains an acrylic polymer synthesized by emulsion polymerization of a monomer raw material containing an alkyl(meth)acrylate and a carboxyl group-containing monomer, and a water-dispersed tackifier at a mass ratio of 100:5 to 100 based on solid content. The toluene emission when this PSA sheet is kept at 80° C. for 30 minutes is 20 μg or less per gram of the sheet.

A PSA sheet has a hemp-containing nonwoven fabric substrate having a bulk density of 0.35 to 0.60 g/cm3; and PSA layers respectively provided on both faces of the substrate. The PSA layers are formed from an aqueous dispersion containing a polymer obtained through emulsion polymerization of a monomer starting material that contains an alkyl(meth)acrylate having a C4-12 alkyl group, in a proportion not less than 60 wt %. The SUS adhesive strength is not less than 11 N/20 mm, and the PP adhesive strength is not less than 8.5 N/20 mm.

    摘要: A water-dispersed pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) composition having a low perishability is provided. This PSA composition includes as a base polymer an acrylic polymer and, when held in a 30° C. atmosphere for 5 days, the number of viable microorganisms present per milliliter of the composition following such storage is less than 106 cells. Such a composition may be produced by employing viable cell-free water containing essentially no viable microorganisms as, of the water used in the course of production, at least the water used in a step subsequent to a final step in which the composition is held continuously at a temperature of at least 60° C. for at least 30 minutes.
